Very impressed! I am dealing with very specific vocal cord issues related to essential tremors. I am 67 years old, have dealt with it a LONG time and have finally decided that I have to try something. I searched far and wide and somehow found this practice. I felt at ease immediately!! There is no quick fix to my issue but I feel heard for the first time and I finally feel like I am on the right path to some meaningful improvement in the quality of my life.

I have been going to Becker ent since August for ETD and hearing loss. I started with Randi She is very knowledgeable and helped diagnose my issues. She took time to make sure I understood everything. She listened and made sure I was part of my treatment decisions. Randi referred me to Dr Navarro. He is very professional and caring. He makes sure that I get the right treatment. Dr Kyle was great in making sure I got the right hearing aids and that I was comfortable using them Prompt appointments. Takes time to explain details. Makes sure that I am comfortable with treatment going forward.

Had an issue with hearing caused by trauma to the ear. I appreciated being able to see the doctor quickly. Dr Kay was kind and listened to my concerns. He addressed the issue and I am now feeling much better. Highly recommend this practice. Office staff are wonderful as well. Great communication.
