Everyone at Becker ENT-Mullica Hill was very nice and professional. It was my first time there and immediately felt I made the right choice. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and patient with me. From check-in to checkout she explained everything clearly and politely. She helped me make my next 2 appointments making sure they were convenient for me and explained what I needed to do and what to expect. I arrived early and they took me early. Tommy brought me back to the room, asked me some questions and asked if I had any. He was also very nice. Dr. Patel came in immediately and made me feel at ease and couldn’t be nicer. He went over why I was there, examined me, asked me if I had any questions and formulated a plan. During my exam he found a lot of wax and removed it quickly and painlessly, even though it was really wedged in there. He walked me out to the front desk and informed his staff member what I needed and as I stated earlier helped me schedule my appointments and made sure I was good. I met Dr. Becker years ago in the OR and I always recommend him and his practice to friends and family.

Had a scan today which I needed a few days before my appointment with my doctor. Penn people were great and check in / check out was quick and easy. Scan went faster than what I anticipated and the technician was well versed in why I was there and was supportive and encouraging. I visited Dr Vir Patel at his Voorhees Township office couple of days ago as a new patient. The reception staff was good and pleasant so was the medical assistant. Dr Patel is very calm and caring person. He listened to all my problems and explained to me how to take care of them. I am very happy with the visit.

What a clean and lovely office. The staff there worked seamlessly as a team coming in frequently to check on my daughter as she went through an oral food challenge. They were patient with her and her anxiousness in the situation. I would highly recommend this practice!
