I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lozada and his team. He performed both my original otoplasty and my recent revision, and throughout the entire process he has been professional, patient, and genuinely caring. When I needed a revision, he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the plan. He never made me feel rushed, even though I had a lot of questions before and after surgery. His follow up care has been excellent, and he’s been reassuring throughout the healing process. I’m very happy with how my ears look. The improvement from where I started is significant, and they look much more natural and balanced. Dr. Lozada also set realistic expectations by explaining that no one has perfectly symmetrical ears and that healing takes time, which I appreciated. If you’re considering otoplasty, I highly recommend Dr. Lozada. He’s a skilled surgeon who truly cares about his patients and stands behind his work. I’m grateful for the care and attention he gave me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an otoplasty procedure.
