GooglePositive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Today I was looking for a place to get my transmission serviced in my 2017 Hyundai Ellantra . In Tomball Texas. I had called and talk to couple different transmission places in Tomball and it was from $250-$300. I found this place my transmission experts. I spoke with Scott customer service was amazing. I actually got a tour of the shop and I did not ask for the tour . Which shows they really have nothing to hide . The mechanic his name was Moses. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the other places . I will definitely be bringing my car again my wife’s car and recommending them to other friends and family. Thank you both for making it less stressful than it could’ve been God bless you see you next time .

From picking up my car from my house on a flat bed like I asked and taking care of it at the shop with the transmission it needed, built it with good quality parts and let me knew if anything else needed to be fixed like my driveshaft. Had one ordered and installed quickly and called me when it was ready. I went to pick it up and test drove and gave it hell and the transmission and the driveshaft was awesome with no vibration. GoogleI was in a Walmart parking lot and tried to reverse into a parking spot. When I shifted into reverse the truck would not respond. I immediately put the truck into drive and was able to drive home. I parked my truck and waited for the next morning. After searching online for a transmission shop close to me I was able to narrow down which shop to choose. Thankfully I found My Transmission Experts. I called them early in the morning and they quickly quoted me a minimum price to check out the problem. It seemed reasonable and within 30 minutes a tow truck arrived at my home to haul my truck into the shop for inspection. The same day, I was greeted with a call from the shop explaining what was wrong with the truck and the cost it would take to fix it. i agreed to have the repairs done and within 3 or 4 days my truck was fixed. Thank you so much to Gary with My Transmission Experts. He was with me every step of the way during this unfortunate event. He was very professional, and assured me that he would get my truck fixed as soon as he could. I recommend this shop located in Katy, Texas to anyone. Service: Transmission repair

The technician even identified a problem that was caused by the dealership on its previous service and was tried to be hid. They helped by removing the sheared off bolt to make sure the new service could be performed correctly. All in all, job well done and I will be back.

GoogleI can’t say enough good things about my service. I called around to several transmission specialists and Jack was the only person who took the time to answer all my questions. Jack honestly told me he couldn’t fairly quote a price over the phone. Other transmission shops quoted a price so I had an idea what a transmission repair might cost. Wow! Was I surprised when Jack told me it wasn’t my transmission after all. The cost was about a sixth of what I was expecting. Thank you Jack for being honest, professional, and friendly!
