GoogleI can not stress enough how phenomenal this place has been every step of the way. I brought my 2010 Lexus ES350 in for major transmission work, and Scott went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed all along the process. These people are the best at what they do and will provide service WELL above the price point they charge. Also you should know that their warranty options are great deals, which just goes to show the quality of work your vehicle will receive from these guys. A shout out to Scott again, as this guy was in one word, LEGIT! Great customer service and the most responsive man you could imagine. Can’t believe I ever tried another place, glad to know I won’t be her need to again.

These guys spent countless hours figuring out the issue, fixed it and did it all under warranty when didn't have to. Highly recommed this shop in an industry full of sharks. GooglePositive: Punctuality, Value Transmission Experts and Gary got the clutch replaced in my 2012 Ram 3500 g56!dually that I had been dealing with poor installation for a year from another mechanic. I had a Valair Dual Disk installed and it never would go into gear easily at Reverse and 2nd. The first shop quoted me over 3,000.00 to repair my car for a problem it didn’t have. I immediately called Gary at the Katy location and he did a thorough inspection of the transmission and repaired the car for under 1000.00 for the simple clutch issue problem it actually had. BBBEveryone in the shop was very knowledgeable and very patient and undersnding to my needs. It didn't take 4 to 6 weeks to get the job done. I pulled into the shop early Monday morning and I had my truck back mid day of Wednesday. I'm a hotshot driver so to me it was like I pulled in for a oil change in and out. So if you are looking for someone and the best prices and a quick turnaround this the best place to go Transmission Experts!!!

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality, Value Scott was great to deal with and an honest guy. You will be hard pressed to find a better person and place to get your vehicle repaired. Pricing was fair and less than the used transmission option offered by another establishment in Humble. We had a transmission issue and Scott was the third place we went to looking for a diagnosis and cost to repair. The first place we went to only offered the option for a used or new transmission. The second place in Humble out right lied saying the vehicle had lost communication with the computer. They wanted to charge us $595 to pull the transmission to see what was wrong with it saying “we are in control”. I said “you would be in control with vehicle in the air with transmission tore apart.” Due to him saying there were multiple trouble codes but we never even had a check engine light or any light on the dash I felt that place was deceptive. The guy could not give me a worst case scenario price even. Scott on the other hand was able to provide a worst case scenario price before moving forward.
