GoogleGoogleMy Dad was visiting from the UK and I thought a scooter would help him get around. We pulled up at Mobilty Plus and 10 minutes later we were rolling out in one! It folded down nicely that it fit in the back of our SUV, even with 2 large suitcases. We highly recommend this place for your Mobility needs. Lots of choice and great prices!

GoogleWe pretty much knew the mobility chair we were looking for from researching ahead of time. My husband had called to check availability & office manager was very helpful & informative so we made the 2 hr trip. Greeted by service manager who quickly made clear no commissions, no personal gain. Chair is apparently a new model so hed assembled it but admitted he knew nothing of operating it. The upside to that was the chair is fairly easy to figure out & he did put operating app on my phone for me. We were glad wed researched it though for more detailed info. We were also able to quickly weed out other choices they had in stock. Office manager looked on computer for answers to some of our questions so it was a group effort. 4 stars because was lead to believe the additional cup holder was unique to fit on new model so we spent over $50 for it, plastic & velcro...I did later find exactly the same holder on Amazon for $21!! So feel like that was an extremely huge mark-up especially when added to cost of the chair. Some bundle prices would be a nice gesture for spending that kind of money. They made effort to make sale without really knowing product details. Dont know when new model actually arrived but never can have too much info about it. Unfortunately feeling taken on price of cup holder affects total satisfaction of purchase.

On our first visit, Sharlene welcomed us in warmly and listened patiently as we described my elderly father’s mobility challenges. She recommended a number of lift chairs and mobility scooters. She patiently and knowledgeably explained how each worked and how each could be helpful to my Dad. She patiently answered his questions (clearly and loudly enough so that he could hear) as he tried and retried chairs and scooters. We had a great time and left with a new understanding of how we might help my Dad become more mobile. We returned a week later. This time, R.J. took us back through the scooter options. By disassembling and reassembling a model that had all the functions we wanted, he firmly and patiently overcame my anxiety about whether I could do that until I was doing it myself! Wow. We bought that scooter and can’t wait for the temps to fall to take it for a spin at the Desert Museum. R.J and Sharlene didn’t push a sale, they made the sale that will make the difference that we needed for my Dad. Upon picking up the scooter, Dennis kindly walked me thru the steps to take it apart, showed me some tips and tricks and helped me get the parts loaded up. I highly recommend Mobility Plus and their excellent staff!

GoogleI had no preconceived idea of what a mobility store would be like, but having met everyone at this store, I can say friendly and accommodating. I asked lots of questions and they were all answered fully and honestly. When I first went into the store I was immediately met by the owner. He spent close to an hour answering every question I could think of as there were several products I was curious about. I did have an idea of what I wanted and after I exhausted every other option, I ended up having them special order exactly what I wanted.I wanted a "4-wheel drive" scooter that could handle uneven ground with high clearance.The exact scooter I wanted was delivered ready to go about a week later. I went on an exhausting 2 hour tour of my entire property which I hadn't been able to see for the last 6 years.The scooter went everywhere I asked it to, over high grasses, uneven ground, big puddles and potholes. I am very happy with my choice of store and scooter. Thank you, Gary!
