After a couple of days, I made the decision to purchase one. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me narrow the search to two models from which I made my selection. I added a couple of accessories and then they loaded it into my car and I was off exploring Tucson again! Very satisfied with my choice and I highly recommend the friendly, professional staff at Mobility Plus to help you with any needs you may have.

GoogleI think I sent an unfinished review by accident. We had the best experience with Brent and Sharlene at your store. We went to the store in Green Valley but wouldn't go back if the scooter was free because of a foul moutheded individual in the back of the store. Brent took the time to explain all of his machines and the advantages of each. He even called the next day to see how we were doing. Keep these two employees. They don't get any better. KUDOS to both.

GoogleI have been searching my area for an electric lightweight folding wheelchair for months. I also searched online, but was afraid to buy in case the seat did not fit me. At Mobility Plus I was shown two chairs that met my criteria, and chose the lighter one, at 35#, in about 5 minutes, after trying it out. I love it! I can go to big stores and get around, now!

GoogleI had shoulder replacement surgery Aug 2024. My Dr told me I would have to spend 2 months in a recliner chair 24/7 sleep too. So I thought I better spend the $$$ and get a good one. Best decision I ever made!!! I do not regret for one second purchasing the expensive lift chair (don't get the cheap model) if you have surgery. Five months later I am still sleeping in this wonderful chair. I've never had a back ache a butt ache or any discomfort of any kind. Mobility Plus was the greatest place to buy this chair. When I paid for the chair we arranged that they would deliver and set up it up for me the day I was having surgery. When I came home from hospital the chair was exactly where I specified set up and ready to go!!!! Very seldom do things go the way I specify for delivery and set up. But in this very important time Mobility Plus delivered a perfect experience for me. I can't say enough good things about them, their very professional service and the chair they provided. Five star experience for me from a five star company!!!! It's refreshing to know some company still puts high value on customer satisfaction.

The technician was exceedingly helpful and really acted above and beyond the call of duty and helping me understand the operation of the chair and the set up. She asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable about the different products to ensure that whichever product I selected, it would meet my needs, and I felt comfortable using it. Inventory was such that I had several choices, and they even ordered another model so that I could compare prior to making my final decision. We weren't ready to purchase at that time and he was respectful of that. When we returned a few weeks later, he greeted us like old friends. The walker we purchased has been wonderful and was just the one I needed. R J was very meticulous about getting it set up just right for me. I will return to Mobility Plus in the future if I need other equipment.

Called late on a Saturday a couple of hours before they closed seeking a toilet adjustment to accommodate an unexpected early hospital release of a mobility compromised family member. Brent was extremely helpful, professional and delightful walking me through getting the right accommodation. They were helpful with a problem that wasn't theirs and honest about not charging us an extra day when they easily could have taken the extra money. We will be back if we have a red in the future.
