We had looked around previously but did not follow through with purchase until today. Al felt comfortable with the store personnel today and made his decision pretty quickly based on education received by Dennis. Glad to know we have them to rely on should we need further assistance. Highly recommend this store!

We experienced truly professional customer service at the Tucson Mobility Plus store. On our first visit, Sharlene welcomed us in warmly and listened patiently as we described my elderly father’s mobility challenges. She recommended a number of lift chairs and mobility scooters. She patiently and knowledgeably explained how each worked and how each could be helpful to my Dad. She patiently answered his questions (clearly and loudly enough so that he could hear) as he tried and retried chairs and scooters. We had a great time and left with a new understanding of how we might help my Dad become more mobile.
We returned a week later. This time, R.J. took us back through the scooter options. By disassembling and reassembling a model that had all the functions we wanted, he firmly and patiently overcame my anxiety about whether I could do that until I was doing it myself! Wow. We bought that scooter and can’t wait for the temps to fall to take it for a spin at the Desert Museum.
R.J and Sharlene didn’t push a sale, they made the sale that will make the difference that we needed for my Dad. Upon picking up the scooter, Dennis kindly walked me thru the steps to take it apart, showed me some tips and tricks and helped me get the parts loaded up. I highly recommend Mobility Plus and their excellent staff!

RJ helped me select a good power chair for traveling and set up the appointment to install grab bars in my home. He was friendly, professional, and courteous, listening to what my needs were and providing excellent solutions for them. Dennis came to do the chair delivery and installation recently. He did a superb job. He cleaned up the workspace after he was done and made sure I was all set with the power chair. I had no preconceived idea of what a mobility store would be like, but having met everyone at this store, I can say friendly and accommodating. I asked lots of questions and they were all answered fully and honestly. When I first went into the store I was immediately met by the owner. He spent close to an hour answering every question I could think of as there were several products I was curious about. I did have an idea of what I wanted and after I exhausted every other option, I ended up having them special order exactly what I wanted.I wanted a "4-wheel drive" scooter that could handle uneven ground with high clearance.The exact scooter I wanted was delivered ready to go about a week later. I went on an exhausting 2 hour tour of my entire property which I hadn't been able to see for the last 6 years.The scooter went everywhere I asked it to, over high grasses, uneven ground, big puddles and potholes. I am very happy with my choice of store and scooter. Thank you, Gary!

Third time I rented a mobility scooter, first time with Mobility Plus. Unlike my previous experiences, they took the time to go over the features to make sure I was comfortable with this model. After a couple of days, I made the decision to purchase one. They listened to what I was looking for and helped me narrow the search to two models from which I made my selection. I added a couple of accessories and then they loaded it into my car and I was off exploring Tucson again! I think I sent an unfinished review by accident. We had the best experience with Brent and Sharlene at your store. We went to the store in Green Valley but wouldn't go back if the scooter was free because of a foul moutheded individual in the back of the store. Brent took the time to explain all of his machines and the advantages of each. He even called the next day to see how we were doing. Keep these two employees. They don't get any better. KUDOS to both.
