I came in for a graduation gift of pearls, and nothing in stock was quite what I had in mind. I had two lovely women get in the catalogs and searched until they found exactly what I wanted. Came in quickly. When my granddaughter opened her gift she put it on immediately. Thank you for great service.

I stopped in to get my rings cleaned. While they were being cleaned Jamie and K____ showed me several bracelets. I had no intention of purchasing any! I found a gorgeous gold bracelet with a channel setting of diamonds in the Estate jewelry section. The sales clerks were professional, complimentary and not pushy. A best price was given from the manager and the rest is history! The bracelet is beautiful! Thank you!

I went there to have two expensive rings resized for my wife. Everyone was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable. The work was done beautifully and well before the promised time. I would have given five stars except that I thought the cost was a bit excessive for the work done.

The whole team is amazing. I took my ring there to get it sized knowing I may be told I couldn’t because my fingers are so small and my ring was one that was going to be tricky to size down that much. But they took their time to make sure I got just what I wanted. Everyone was kind, attentive, and just so amazing. They make you feel welcome and explained the whole process to me. My fiancé and I were so pleased and will never go anywhere else. Now time for wedding bands !!! My ring looks and fits perfect owe it to them for being amazing at what they do.

I was looking for a gift for my wife something besides your everyday Plain Diamond stone necklace or bracelet she has multiple of those and doesn’t ware them So when I walked in I was Greeted by One of the sales associates “Jamie “ who was absolutely wonderful to deal with I explained too her what my idea was but wasn’t really sure what I was looking for so she took me too select cases (2) to be exact until we found exactly what I was looking for A diamond necklace but in the shape of a skeleton key which was perfect because 1.) It was something different 2.) My wife is a huge pirate / antique . fan/ collector . And she absolutely loved it .. Overall my experience was (GREAT) and “Jamie” was absolutely amazing I will definitely be Buying from / Recommending this store in the future. Just ask for Jamie .
