This was my second time coming to Kranich's, to get my tree necklace chain repaired, and Jamie was great! She let me know about the repair contract that covers future repairs at no cost. She was very informative, engaging and as a low income customer, she went out of her way to give me a small discount to make this deal possible for me. So thank you for great customer service and a quick return of my necklace, I appreciated the phone call a few days later to let me know it was done! 🙂👍🏽
