I filled out a e-mail inquiry over a year ago for a super hard to get Rolex. Never thought I would ever here another word “ we all know the Rolex game” then, to my utter amazement Michael calls me out of the blue and says your watch is in! I could not believe it. I have no purchase history with this place and they treated me like family, what more could you ask for? Michael was fantastic and super easy to deal with, I will definitely be ordering more watches from him in the near future! The customer service was world class. As soon as I walked through the doors, my sales associate, Mark, walked me through the experience. I was purchasing a Diamond engagement ring. There are literally thousands of options to choose from and something for every budget. Kranichs only sells natural diamonds and I am very pleased with my choice. My partner was overjoyed. Best overall engagement ring shopping experience.

I inherited my father’s gold Presidential. Every time I put that watch on, I smile and think about how great a man he was. He worked hard to raise 4 of his own children and my 2 cousins. I remember how excited he was when he bought that Presidential. He wore it with pride and appreciation, recognizing that it symbolized a life of hard work and opportunity. I visited Kranich’s in Altoona,PA and shared my story with Mike Scheinberg and Kelsey. I was wearing that gold Presidential and I told them that I wasn’t my 2 grown sons to have the same experience that I had. Mike put me in the list for a Submariner date. About a month and a half later, my watch is here. I’m a happy man! It’s more than a watch to me - It’s a lifelong memory.

I brought in a broken strand of pearls for restringing. My husband had purchased these beautiful pearls from Kranich’s at some time while our three children were attending Penn State. I was concerned because we no longer had the receipt. The manager was very reassuring and advised me of their current, increased value. He quickly assured me of the ability to restring my pearls and made arrangements to send them out. They will ship the repaired pearls straight to my home; no need to come to State College for pick-up! Great service!!
