I needed a necklace for a pendant that I provided and Jamie was super helpful in picking out the chain that looked the best with my pendant. When I told her it was a gift, she put it in a nice jewelry box, then provided a pretty Kranich’s bag with tissue paper. My Granddaughter loved it. Thanks so much Jamie!

Kranich's Jewelers has a great location, beautiful, clean store and some of the most gorgeous high quality jewelry in the country. I have traveled around the country for decades looking at jewelry and it is very difficult to duplicate the the value of both price and quality of all round service and professionalism of Kranich's which is a company that has helped to build the area around it.

When I had to have a ring resized they were amazing working with me. My mother had passed away and I had no idea what to do with some of her pieces. Carol helped me come up with a pendent that will fit her diamond's perfectly. I can't wait to see the finished product. The sapphire ring that was also purchased from there is absolutely beautiful.

I went to Kranichs at; 515 E Plank Rd, Altoona, PA 16602. Our associate was Mark and he is Amazing! We we're looking for an engagement ring and he was so unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and patient! He even had my ring sized and ready the next day! He needs a raise! PS. Love the in house jeweler available which allowed the sizing to be done ASAP!
