I had gone in to get a duplicate ring made and was beyond amazed with the results! The communication between the representative and I throughout the process was more than I expected (which is a very good thing in my book). The staff was also so kind and listed to everything I had wanted. I would highly recommend Kranich’s Jewelers to anyone!

Find the man with the bow tie!!!! Ross was so helpful. He spent almost two hours with us to find the perfect wedding band for my fiancé, gave me a great price to fix my current engagement ring, and even helped me find my perfect wedding ring set. His attitude was great the whole time, he is personable, and he is very knowledgeable about his job. I will be forever buying my jewelry from Ross at Kranich’s!

Overall experience was very positive. The two young ladys that assisted us with picking out the jewelry were very professional and polite. I was very pleaded. When I attempted to pick up the ring I was met with an uncaring and hostile older sales lady that attempted to delay the delivery of our purchase. She had a very nonchalant and uncaring manner. I had to threaten to cancel the purchase. Fortunately the original sales lady called me later that day and repaired the situation. Be careful of the people you deal with at the State College store and constantly call to ensure your purchase stays on track. Bathe jewelry I purchased is great and my woman loved it.

I had a watch that needed some links taken out of it and I actually went to 3 other places before I ended up going here because no where else would touch my watch or they couldn't do it. I walked in to Kranichs and they had me in and out with my watch fitting perfectly. They're now my first stop when I have any jewelry needs.
