As a first-time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed by the process and the abundance of information that comes with it. Jason immediately put my mind at ease with his approachable demeanor and extensive knowledge. He patiently walked me through the process, answered my questions, and ensured I understood the implications of each decision I made. Things became more challenging when I changed jobs after pre-qualification, but Jason worked his magic to make everything happen. Through his diligent efforts, he was able to secure my mortgage, surpassing all expectations. Second Encounter: Mortgage Requalification Our second encounter was just as remarkable as the first one, albeit filled with its share of snags. This time, I needed to requalify for a mortgage and remove my mom's name from it. Once again, Jason proved to be an invaluable resource. However, we encountered issues with land titles and obtaining signatures from my mother, who was out of the country at the time. These complications made me feel like all was lost.
