We are incredibly happy with Jason Goodwin and his help with our complicated and sometimes stressful mortgage application! Jason helped us with our first mortgage 11 years ago, and now with our new home! We have not had experience purchasing a home, since we bought and sold our last one in 2012/2013. I found Jason Goodwin by searching Google for mortgage brokers. He had great reviews and ratings. I now understand why. To understate a little, although good credit, our credit situation was complex. Jason was very good with us and explaining everything to the exact level of detail required for both myself and wife to understand, as we progressed to a new mortgage. This is not our first house, however, it has been a few years since owning a home and some rules have changed. Jason was very knowledgeable with all the requirements that lenders would have and helped us to easily move into a mortgage for our new (to us) home. We found Jason very helpful and would keep in contact with us every step of the way. Whether it was a simple text message or a lengthy phone call, he made sure we were always comfortable and kept us up to date.
