The technician was super friendly and knowledgeable and left everything impeccably clean. He actually seemed to love the work he does which you don’t see very often! A small leak developed in one of the connections. Infinite's service was prompt and the repair was quickly made. Also the serviceman checked out all operational features of the unit and checked the chemistry of the water. All is 100%, which is very reassuring. I highly recommend Infinite

GoogleWe just have the reverse osmosis system, and love it. So nice not to have to haul water. I find the yearly service great but a bit pricey. The ultraviolet light is great, so when our town is a on boil water order we do not have to as the light takes care of killing the bacteria! Would recommend them!!

The crew at Infinite was so good and so patient when tweaking things to make maximize the performance of their system and get us the best water possible. We have been with them for almost 10 years and have never considered changing. The annual maintenance is done without us requesting it. They now have technology that lets you know WHO will be coming into your home as well as when they will arrive. We have nothing but good things to say.

Came fairly quickly and got us up and running again even though we were with a different company who couldn't come for 3 weeks. They call when they are going to be in the area for maintenance as we are in a remote area.

FacebookHendrick was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained what he did to fix our water softener and clarified the reason for annual maintenance on our RO drinking water. The repair on our water softener was coordinated with the annual service of our RO filters which were prorated for early replacement and an extra service call charge was avoided. I was notified when our technician was on route and able to track his progress out to our location. I was also able to have a remote diagnostic done on my water softener done over the phone by another great in house technician to predetermine the replacement part needed, all at no cost. Very satisfied customer.

He was very efficient and explained all of the charges really well. We were very impressed that his arrival notification included his picture and a background. We also have four children so it was nice to have something in common! We will definitely utilize this service again.

Workman informed us of their anticipated arrival, arrived on time, flawlessly completed the task and cleaned up nicely. A year later their tech was scheduled to perform a routine maintained inspection of the a/m system. The same degree of professionalism was repeated as above. Additionally, the tech was a pleasure to meet and interact with. Now, this year the same tech attended my home to change out the filters serving my RO system.
