From start to finish this was the most professional company we have dealt with in a long time! Completely knowledgeable about there products and about water! Excellent communication, all the way through we knew the plan, the time line, the cost and what to expect. Fast, two staff arrived, had everything they needed, explain exactly what they were doing and did quickly and professionally. Quality of work was excellent. Centre 48 had the company name up on the bulletin board here in Montmartre. I decided to investigate. I appreciate that Infinite Water Solutions supported a function here. All I can tell you so far we are very happy. Hendrick was our installer. We just got the system yesterday. So far it has eased my mind about the water we drink and it is ready and available to us. When I did the inquiry the owner that I spoke to was very knowledgeable about what system would meet our needs. The technician they sent did a great job of the water softener install and did a complete check on our RO system. We are in rural Saskatchewan and they just added us to their regular trip schedules to get our work done. Great company to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

I had an RO system installed last week and I am so pleased with everything from the customer service to the install etc! Nick did an amazing job on the installation and cleaned up afterwards. I was always skeptical about whether or not there would be a difference in how the water tasted, but there is a difference. The water is so good! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that may be considering putting in a RO system. So glad I did this!

The tech that showed up was on time and was able to diagnose the issues on our softener right aways. He had the parts to do the repair in his service van, which was awesome so we could have soft water after he left. I’ve had no issues with Infinite Water since I bought the system. I will definitely call them when we upgrade to whole house RO.

Infinite water installed a water purifying system in my house a few years ago. Kevin was an extremely knowledgeable , polite, fast worker. He carefully cleaned up prior to leaving. Each year the company contacts me to set up an annual service of the system. The same experience of efficiency and careful attention to detail repeated on the annual service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Besides the upgrade I found that Kevin is very knowledgeable and very good at answering questions that I asked, as well as offering me very detailed information about the entire system, as it is my responsibility to maintain it and keep it at peak performance for the benefit of our customers as well as ourselves. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to water. We live on an acreage and were battling high amounts of iron in our water. We wasted money on two water systems previous to the one we purchased for Infinite Water and wish we would have found them sooner. We highly recommend them to anyone living on an acreage or farm!
