First, Scott visited our home to give us an estimate. He was thorough, honest and upfront about what was needed for our particular job. He managed our expectations and was clear about the process. He followed up with us throughout the job and exceeded our expectations. Anthony & Mike were extremely helpful with contract questions, scheduling and even following up the day after the work was completed. The real shining light of the project was Tony and his crew, Jason and Clay. After years of fighting with a wet basement we were eager to get started. Tony took the time to explain exactly what they would be doing and why it would work for us. They got to work immediately and realized the scope of the project was bigger than expected, something that couldn't have been known prior to breaking ground. Tony was able to quickly pivot as he was prepared for anything! He walked us through the new plan and made sure we were comfortable. Tony, Jason and Clay were in our home for four days. They arrived on time each day, got right to work and were 100% respectful of our property and home. They went above and beyond each step of the way. My husband and I were beyond impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and kindness. This undertaking had the possibility to be stressful but everyone we worked with at Highlander made it easy! I'm totally confident in our decision to use Highlander and would recommend them to anyone needing help.

One wall was still leaking a ton of water and it seemed that there wasn't anyone that could figure out the issue. Mike took over and asked me to send some photos and videos. He kept in contact with me and sent Dean over to assess. Dean had the issue solved in no time! By the next day my basement wall was dry. They even wiped the mud off my hose and wiped up the floor. They worked like a well oiled machine and were finished sooner than we expected. Would definitely recommend them!

Right parts ordered and delivered, and once they were here Dylan arrived in about a week (I live in another state) to replace a broken fan and some other"stuff". Felt comfortable enough that I wasn't even home when the job was being done. I had a previous commitment that couldn't be rescheduled so Dylan was able to still get the job done with no one here. GoogleWe own and live in a house that was built in 1910. Along with the beautiful wood woodwork & other speciaul characteristics of such a structure, come the challenges due to the age of the home. The unfinished basement and old stone & cement foundation has presented us with 15 years of on-going moisture & water challenges. We contacted Highlander Waterproofing & Repair in the Summer of 2021. An inspection and an assessment was made by experts from Highlander, and a plan for addressing the issues was presented to us. This was accepted and a crew from Highlander began the extensive, very hard, physical work required throughout the project. When the entire project was completed, we had immediate evidence that Highlanders' assessment, plan, and work did resolve the water seepage and serious pooling issues. After several months we had to contact the company concerning an issue that arose with one of the areas. Highlander sent its skilled craftsman, Dillan, to our home and he swiftly and thoroughly dealt with & resolved the issue. We are very satisfied with the outcome produced by Highlander Waterproofing & Foundation Repair. We also are GRATEFUL to have been able to entrust ourselves and our home to the knowledge and skills of a Company and its people - owners, management, supervisors, craftsmen, and trained, hard working laborers - who are pleasant and respectful to work with!
