The techs were persistent in determining the cause of our furnace not working....which was discovered during regular seasonal maintenance. It seemed to be difficult to diagnose and when necessary, more senior techs were called in. The following day the gas valve was replaced and we are good to go.

I recently moved to a new home. This is the 2nd time I use High Efficiency for the a/c and furnace. I am very happy with their work in both time. The quotation inspector Charton is very patient and explained to me a lot of details. At the end he gave me a pretty good price and not pushy. The intallation technician Mr. Lu and his college are hard working and professional. Very neat job! Highly recommend for High Efficiency. I have asked A-One which is also a Carrier's authorized dealer for quote last time, the guy is very pushy and gave me a much higher price. Never bother them again.

My condo unit had fan coil leaking issue in one of the hottest days this summer. Randomly found them on website & spoke to Gilbert. His professionalism, efficiency & knowledge got me to try on them right away. Between his coordination & his technician, they were able to diagnose, send me detailed explanation with suggestions, estimate the cost & get the job done literally within 24 hours. My AC was back on action again & working even better than before. I am certainly very impressed by their customer service & technique work. They are polite, patient & very efficient. Our a/c stopped working so I called this company and Pirabaharan was at our house within an hour. Everything was explained well to us and the a/c is running perfectly. The needed parts were a bit expensive, but were installed so that was worth the difference.

Gilbert and Harry from High Efficiency were great to deal with and very helpful. I appreciate that Gilbert was able to help easily coordinate the diagnostic and repair appointments quickly and effectively. He was also able to help provide the additional information required for the job such as contacting properly management to clear a few aspects, as I live in a condo building. Harry the technician was also very helpful as he was able to provide the information and correctly diagnose and resolve my a/c issues. He was able to tell me exactly what the issue was and what was required to fix it and notified me all of what he did as he was fixing the issue. Overall my experience with High Efficiency was great and I would recommend them to others who require repairs.

The DC fan motor for the home furnace died during the hottest week in the summer. HE Cooling sent out two repairmen and the first one managed to get the fan working for another few days. The second repairman was able to order and get a new replacement motor installed within 3 days. We also had an AC unit break down completely at a second property and HE Cooling were able to get a new exact model ordered and installed within a week. Service was great and quick. Thank you.

We had an AC noise problem. The gentleman who we talked to on the phone was kind enough to give us tips in narrowing down the potential source of problem before we even scheduled an appointment. Harry, who came to our home, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Though the AC noise went away during his visit (which made the diagnose pretty much impossible), Harry was able to help us deduce the possible cause of the problem through our regular usage patterns. My AC stopped working in a hot Wednesday afternoon. I call these guys and Jason came next day around noon time. My AC is still under warranty and the replacement part was covered. I only paid for the labor. And since he is here he did a thorough checkup and cleaning. He’s friendly and knows everything. He explained how important it is to maintain the machine. I recommend this guy. I’ll give him a call if the system breaks down again. Well I hope they don’t break down.

Contacted many furnace sellers and finally settled down with high efficiency cooling and heating. The sales , Charton, helped answer my endless questions (when i was trying to quote many companies and each time i got more questions based on what other said). The most important points are that they offer competitive price and not outsourcing the furnace installation and is Carrier authorized dealer that means carrier approves their installation quality so far, the installation was good and even i requested extra wiring the installer helped me do so. Tried the furnace the first day I love it coz the air cond is more even around the house now, having said that my old furnace was oversized causing all uneven cooling and heating~ Thanks!
