Issue with my furnace and called High Efficiency Cooling & Heating. They sent a tech to look after the furnace on the same afternoon. Tech called before coming to my home. Great service and all the quote, invoice and payment are done electronically. This is a plus. Fast and easy.

Our heating stopped working for a few days. Contacted quite a few contractors but none were available for another week or so. High Efficiency were quick, reliable, friendly and helpful! They had a technician over within 24 hours. Serguei was thorough and effective, resolving the issue within a matter of an hour. Gilbert at customer service is awesome, adding a unique, personal touch to company/client interaction and communication, which I really appreciated. Thanks for keeping us warm this winter!

Jay came by to diagnose my furnace's noisy sound. He determined the noise was from the ECM motor. He didn't recommend spending the money to replace it based on the cost and age but to keep monitoring the sound level as the furnace will eventually need to be replaced. Was pleasant to speak to and was nice enough to teach me some self maintenance on the built in humidifier.

I contacted Gilbert about heat pump was intermittently stop working issue. He was responsive to arrange a technician to conduct a preliminary inspection of the system. Serguei arrived punctual.He was attentive during the inspection, after that he explained in detail what caused it malfunctioning, also suggested how to keep it in a good working order. Finally, I decided to order some new parts to replace. Serguei was professional and completed the whole work within time frame. I appreciated his expertise. I would use High Efficiency C &H Inc. again if needed. Highly recommend

High Efficiency team is great. Charton installed my mother in law's AC unit and was very friendly and helpful. As for myself i needed a relocation of the AC unit from side of house to back of house and Gilbert is amazing at customer service and dealing with any difficult issues or situations.

High Efficiency C & H Inc. installed a furnace at our house about 5 years ago. We were extremely pleased with the furnace they recommended and the quality of the installation. They did the job exactly as agreed and were honest. They did not try to fabricate issues at the time of installation to try and get more money. As a result of our excellent initial experience, we have used them every year to do a cleaning and tune-up of the furnace in order to keep it at peak efficiency. We have been extremely satisfied with that service as well. I would highly recommend this company.

Our condo unit's furnace required replacement upon routine annual inspection. We contacted a couple of places but were not given appropriate information. High Efficiency staff was very helpful throughout and showed a genuine desire to get us a timely solution. Right from the technician who came to assess the furnace through to the actual replacement of the old one with the new one, the service was very good. All the people we interacted with were really friendly. Also, all payments were promptly followed up by them sending spot on invoices. Highly recommend High Efficiency to everyone who is looking for a good service at a price that is good compared to the market. 5-star!
