Everything was done professionally! Out of 3 major company Sales Reps, Sergue from High Efficiency was the only Rep who advised me of the available Enbridge Rebates. Others actually stated that our house was too new (14 yrs old!) & so we would not qualify! He explained that there's an independant procedure ie through any approved Enbridge Auditor. By going through an auditor & following their recommendations, we were able to claim a substantial Rebate.

The customer service from Gilbert and the technicians Piraba and Serguei were excellent. It was close to the holidays and I would like to have the furnace fixed before leaving Toronto for the holidays. Gilbert asked a technician who was supposed to be off to come check my furnace. He later also sent a second technician who had some work to do in the area to come and double check my furnace, bringing with him the parts in case a replacement was needed. Gilbert was very responsible and followed up even after his work hours to make sure the technician had arrived in the evening.

On afternoon of December 24, 2019 (Christmas eve) I called Rick at HEC because a gas odour coming from around my furnace and within 1-1/2 hr he had technician Jason at my door and efficiently fixed the issue. Will highly recommend High Efficiency to my family and friends. Hope you all had a Merry Christmas. 👍 Ps. I don’t think I gave any props on last years new Carrier furnace installation, working like a charm, great job, very satisfied.

We had a problem with our Carrier furnace during the cold days of winter. Carrier advise us to get in touch with the High Efficiency Cooling and Heating. Gilbert was the first contact, very professional and to the point soon enough we had visit from their rep. Home comfort advisor Serguei to explain the options we have. We decided to fix the problem on our furnace instead of replacement. The next day we had their senior service technician Jason Bunjo(Jay) who was really very polite and professional in carrying out his job in the most efficient and knowledgeable way. He cleaned and tidy the place after he finished. His Company should be very proud to have such quality, honesty and professionalism. He is an example of how the job needs to be done for Customers. This is the first comment I have ever shared on Google, and I have decided to share this because of the truly exceptional level of service I received. Gilbert (Head Office) and Jason (Expert) are on top of their game. I originally called (from an ad I saw on Google) with a dead furnace on a cold evening. Even after hours, within 20 minutes Gilbert had a plan of action in place. I highly recommend for anyone needing HVAC work. High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc installed a new furnace at our rental property last week and so far everything has been great! I had received quotes from Reliance , Home Depot, and Cost co and was just about to go with Reliance as they were offering a decent Goodman furnace at half the cost of the other two companies . However, I recieved a call from the High Efficiency Cooling/Lowes Sales rep Charton late Friday evening and explained I wasn't really intrested because I had decided to go with Reliance. He asked me a few questions, one being related to the previous furnace brand which was Carrier and then he mentioned that he believed I may qualify for a rebate from carrier for replacing an existing same brand furnace. He said my price from Reliance was very competitive and he would like to talk to management to see if he could match the price. At this point I wasn't sold as was still leaning towards reliance but after researching High Efficiency Cooling and realizing they had strong reviews on several sites one rating 4.9 out of 5, I decided to research the carrier model he quoted which cost approximately a $1000 more than the Goodman unit . I read reviews on a variety of sites to find many positive results. One site furnace.ca had every review at a perfect 5 rating except one review out approximately 150 that rated it two stars and that reviewer also had positive things to say about the furnace. At this point I was sold but I hadn't met Charlton in person we only spoke on the phone, so I called him back first thing Saturday morning to set up an appointment as he need to inspect the furnace and confirm my details.. He was booked all day and his last appointment was scheduled at 8pm on a Saturday in Markham he offered to come see me in brampton after his appointment. He arrived around 9:30 PM and was very professional and thorough I decided to go ahead around 10:00pm with his quote but Lowes offices were closed and could not make payment until Monday So he suggested leaving my credit card number and we could resolve everything Monday morning. Here's the unbelievable part of the story without formally completing the deal and an urgent need to get heat for my tenants he had the the furnace installed the very next morning around 9:00 am during an ice storm while roads were dangerous and bare because of the conditions NOT EVEN 12 HOURS LATER. His crew did an outstanding job and were quite courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed around noon the following morning. I can't even put words to the amazing service I received and the icing on the cake was a total price tax in $400.00 dollars lower than the previous quote with rebates . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND This company and CHARTON in particular. Truly great experience!!!

had decided to install new furnace and tankless water heater. Through Carrier manufacturing website I found High Efficiency Cooling & Heating as one of the authorized dealer. I contacted their sales rep by the name Antonio. He came to my place to survey the need and options for me. Since exhaust pipes of my furnace and water heater are next to window, but new tankless water heater requires more stricter code for exhaustion, Antonio contacted their technical support team to make sure the installation follows TSSA code. They voluntarily sent a gentleman by the name Jason to assess the situation. All these were done without me even committing myself to buy any equipment from them or use their resources for installation at that time. I was truly impressed by their dedication to customer need and their professionalism. Bravo guys!

I recently had my furnace fixed by high-efficiency cooling and heating the service tech was very nice and understanding he fixed the furnace in a promptly manner. I considered my situation as a minor emergency as we had no heat in the house and my mother is in her 80s the service tech understood and got the job done successfully! One tech called me back over the weekend to help me troubleshoot over the phone which was great and helped save time by getting the possible parts required. When it came time for a tech to come by the house, Jason had a good idea of what to expect and had brought along equipment to help him investigate further. He was able to determine the issue pretty quickly and offered me maintenance advice for the future. Within the two hour appointment slot, I was back up and running and it doesn't look like it should end up costing too much to replace a few pieces that need it. Thanks Jason!

The first service tech though the problem is in the expensive circuit board. But the second tech Harry fixed the furnace by replacing the gas valve. This saved me $400. Thank you Harry.

Recently, We had a breakdown of our furnace. We called our regular supplier only to be told that we are not on their regular maintenance. They informed us about their charges which were very high. We called a few repair companies next morning. Only high efficiency cooling & heating picked and return call in few minutes. We spoke to their technician..Pirabaharan. He informed us that he will be arriving in the afternoon. Explaining that we were without heat since last night, he arrived in less than 30 minutes. After inspecting the furnace and understanding the problem, he got it working in less than 15 minutes. He was very humble, professional and very much knew his job. He not only explained us the working of our furnace but also gave us a few tips to avoid any future problems. Jason showed up on time, was courteous, respectful and amazing. He diagnosed the leak as a poor drainage connection, and didn't charge us. Perhaps it was a loose connection from previous work....not sure, but am happy there was no charge.

The service technician, Jason Bunjo who came to check if I had a gas leak in my Furnace was very very helpful. He came at a short notice. He also went out of his way to check if the airflow was good and it turned out 2 of the ducts connected to the Furnace was closed which he rectified and advice me how to correct in the future. All in all I was very happy with his performance.

I recently hired this company to replace my furnace, humidifier, and thermostat. I was so impressed with their prompt service, knowledgable technicians, and fair pricing. The manager Gilbert texted me as to when the furnace would be arriving, and answered all my questions. One of the service people, Jay went above and beyond to ensure that I understood how everything worked. It’s never fun when your furnace suddenly breaks down, but working with this company made a stressful event much easier. I would highly recommend them!
