I have been dealing with HECH since 2010. Last week I had a problem with my Rinnai Tankless. Very difficult part to get and Gilbert was incredible. I feel like we are now good friends. He was all over it and got us the part we needed and got the job done. The senior tech Harry is very experienced and has solved issues for us over the years. Never doing more than what is necessary. Clearly the owners value some great people. Great company!!

The technician, Jason, was an absolute pleasure. He was punctual, professional and took the time to educate me on the problem I was having. My old high efficiency Lennox furnace was reaching its end so I obtained quotes from several local contractors on a new one. After comparing their service proposals and features of major brands Carrier, Trane and Lennox, I hired High Efficiency Cooling & Heating to supply and install a Carrier Performance furnace in mid December, 2019. From the onset I was very impressed by the knowledge and attentiveness of our sales rep Charton. He took time to study our existing system and duct work and explain which model would best fit our need and, he was the only rep who went through in great details about the "what" and "how" of available Enbridge home improvement rebates. The price quoted was not the cheapest but very reasonable considering the quality of installation, the extra details of the work, the extent of Charton's going out of his way to accommodate us and facilitate the energy audit, as well as the labour and parts warranty offered. The installation was excellently done by 2 master technicians, led by Lu. When they unboxed the new furnace they advised us right away that there was a dent on the side and they needed to get a new one from warehouse. Although it took an extra 2 hours, as customer we appreciated such a responsible practice. The furnace made a significant difference in heating comfort of our house. I highly recommend this company, and get Charton to quote if you can.

Technician arrive in time and the appointment could be made to the same day(great for issue need to be fixed urgently). The appointment is for diagnosing; however, the technician not only find the issue and make the recommendation of repairing broken parts, but also provide temporary solution, which is extreme helpful for issue related to heating system in winter days. The company has a great system to record the process and the staffs are friendly. The company also provide both English and Mandarin language services.

One of the best companies I have dealt with... i got my Humidifier installed and serviced, and i also got my AC serviced by the them. Every time the technicians were on time, gave me a call before coming and explained everything in detail and patience. My recent experience with their technician Jason Bunjo was excellent..! Not only he serviced my humidifier and explained everything in detail, but also explained the workings of my machine and how to service it my self. Highly recommended..!!!
