I am very happy with the service provided by High Efficiency. Charton, the advisor, was friendly, informative and professional. He explained the reasons of his recommendation on the AC for my unit. Their pricing is reasonable and I had no hesitation to make a deal with them. The installation came one day earlier than expected which made me feel so relieved because of the ongoing heat alert at the time. Keep up with the good job guys!!!

I had Jason visit my house to do an annual tune up on my Carrier A/C unit and it was a very positive experience. He alerted me when he was going to arrive and did arrive on time. He was courteous and friendly the entire time and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. He explained every process of the tune up and gave me practical suggestions on how to optimize my unit. When he was done, he reviewed all the services he provided to me and thanked me for my business. It doesn’t get better than this! Bravo! I will definitely be calling High Efficiency back in the future.

The technician Jason, was very knowledgeable,curtious, patient.He explained the problem with our A/C in simple terms. Jason, a senior service technician with High Efficiency Cooling & Heating, performed an annual maintenance check on my A/C. Since Covid-19 is making everyone take precautions, Jason was careful to keep his distance and wear a mask. He recommended a different furnace filter than the kind I was using. I appreciate his suggestions. Jason is always eager to please and help with any questions I have.

At this hot weather, my 10 years A/C stoped working. I am very lucky to find High Efficiency, customer service quickly dispatched a technician, and the technician went through all the details, replaced the part. A/C back to work!

I ordered AC and Humidifier, the technicians did a good very good job. Jason Bunjo who installed humidifier , provided a very good explanation about functioning of furnace, AC, Humidier and gave information about maintenance options. It was very helpful. I recommend them for a great service.

Called High Efficiency and in less then an hour they had a tech named Jason come by to diagnose and fix my furnace and AC problems. Jason had the problem fixed promptly after given me different options and the cost associated with them; he answered every question I had, and talked me through what he was doing. Great tech and a great company to work with; next time I need my HVAC fixed or replaced I'm going to use this company.

I had my A/C tune up today. I am very satisfy and happy with the work conducted by Mr. Harry Yan. He is so knowledgeable and gave us a lot of tips in maintaining the A/C. High Efficency has always been quick to respond to a service request , and on time. Their technician Harry is quite knowledgeable about the potential reasons for the problem at hand. He takes time to educate the customer on the maintanance requirements of the equipment, and ways to avoid potential problems down the line. He also takes time to properly set up the airconditioner for the melting summer months, and the furnace for the fall and winter months. He is polite, well mannered and has great depth of knowledge about various brands of furnaces .High Efficency seems to genuinely care for its customers and has been a pleasure to work with over the last few years.

On Mar 16 2020 my furnace stopped working. I had 3 separste opinions / and estimates to repair the circuit board. Jason came on time provided best estimate and completed work quickly wearing his Convid 19 mask to protect us. Very proffessional, very caring, honest and saved us some money.
