Very pleased with the new Carrier A/C recently installed by HEC&A. We opted for a Carrier Infinity system with High Seer (efficiency) rating and low noise. Service and price were excellent. Installation was completed within days and all work was completed thoroughly with no issues. The company and sales consultant Charton are very responsive. Have no difficulty recommending to others.

My neighbor and I were both building 6000 square foot custom homes. We were very blessed to have used high-efficiency Heating and Cooling and our previous homes and therefore knew how great the service from this company was. (Previous installs of A/C and furnaces). From start to finish, working with architects and designers to ensure form and function, this company had the best prices, and the best service!) Her new homes have upper and lower furnaces as well as two air conditioners. I can't say enough good things about them. Building a house is ridiculously stressful, but the competent staff were anything but. When the raccoons broke in and tore apart all the ducting, HECH took care of everything. High Efficiency Heating and Cooling? High Effeciency Service and Support! Thank you to this great company!

I had a problem with my AC during period of hot days - Freon leak on a 7 year old Lenox, and HE (High Efficiency Colling & Heating Inc.) responded very quickly and came next day. This was my first time dealing with HE and I must say they are Honest, Reliable and Act quickly. Every staff are very helpful regardless if they are in the repair / installation department or not such as the Sales Rep. (Carton), the Boss and of course the Technical (Henry) go over and beyond to help their customers. They provided honest feedback and explained very clearly what are the best options I have to fix my AC problem and even helped me to order warranty parts to save me money to have a more reasonable cost fix for my 7 yr old Unit. You can count on HE to fix / install your AC / heating needs. Henry was the technician that helped me and he was great, really knows what he's doing also gave me some tips, knowledge and advice with my AC unit and Furnace Filter. Charton in Sales department and the Boss especially went over and beyond to help me with the problem, contacted the necessary people immediately for fix and coordinate this whole process. My Fix is not completely done yet because I'm still waiting on the A-Coil Part but I strongly believe HE will help me to completely get this fixed ASAP and with the least pain as much as possible. You can trust HE.

My A/C was running but not producing any cool air so I suspected an issue with the coolant. I called High Efficiency and the technician, Jason, came over the next morning. He was right on time, polite and efficient. He quickly confirmed there was no coolant left at all in the unit, and explained me my options. He filled up the unit with coolant and leak repair and it's working well now.

We have had a problem with a Carrier Furnace for quite some time. It would simply go off. We would reboot it and it would go for a week and then it might do the same thing. We searched on the internet for help. When searching for a Carrier service company we came upon High Efficiency. They had good reviews - but mostly they sold Carrier Furnaces. When we called the office, we were referred to a service rep. Jason understood what we were dealing with, had fixed a similar problem. He came and first checked the furnace, that didn't fix the problem. He then decided to replace some parts which could be causing the problem. It solved the problem. Not only great service, but nice people to deal with. We have a new company to service our furnace and air conditioning. Happy to speak to this company's good service and knowledge of the product they sell.

We had this company come when we couldn't get satisfaction elsewhere. They corrected an ongoing situation, so when we needed our Air Conditioning serviced, well, of course we turned to them. Their service man/rep came, examined the unit and reported to us. Instead of a simple tune up, he found that parts of the unit were in jeopardy. He photographed our unit, the parts with trouble and came back to see what we wanted done. Fix it? Or?? After quoting on the fix, knowing the age of the unit, we were a third of the way to a new unit. Even then, we had the option to leave it and see if it survived. We chose to replace it. Jason, the service man, is an asset to this firm - he represents them well and believes that honesty is the best policy. That's why we feel confident in our decision. That's one of the reasons, I believe, this company has a good reputation. The company is only as good as the people that work in it.
