GoogleThe tech not only gave me a fair price and concise breakdown of what would be covered, he also explained how to prevent future issues. He also explained when could be fixed and when I'd have to buy a new laptop. Also, the two dogs were friendly, my toddler loved playing with them! When it was time to pick up the laptop, I came a scant 5 minutes before closing, and there was still a tech on site who took the time to go over everything without any feeling of being rushed. The dogs weren't there this time, but the tech was super nice and gave my daughter a bottle of water (it was a hot day).
