I took in a jewelry box of coins, plus other very random pieces my departed father had left, unsure of what to expect. I had never been to a Pawn Broker before. I did not expect the meticulous care, professionalism, courtesy, friendliness and laughs that I experienced during my visit. He respectfully sorted through DECADES of my father's items as we chatted and even went through the jewelry box of coins as well! He was so genuine and I truly felt in great hands. I received an offer that I could really sink my teeth into, :-) and left a very satisfied customer. As the commercials say, "Thank you Good Ole Tom's!".

I had a great experience at Good Ole Tom’s today. First I needed directions and Jack was friendly and helpful. He was so delightful, enthusiastic, funny, kind, polite, respectful, thoughtful, and professional. I was very comfortable with him and sincerely enjoyed our conversation. I told him about some challenges I was going through and he was very sympathetic and sensitive. Never imagined I would go to Good Ole Tom’s and leave more positive. Amazing individual who is excellent at his job and has such a fabulous repoire with his clients. I truly left feeling awesome. And it wasn’t the money I left with. Good people leave last impressions. Good ole Tom's is the place to go to get the best price for gold, silver, or other misc. items. Especially if you don't know what you have. The staff is very knowledgeable , honest, patient, friendly and fair. I worked with Jack and he was so kind as to check 4 big bags of jewelry that I had to see if it was legit. He went through every Single piece with a smile. What a place check it out. You will love it!

Although the commercials for this place are pretty cheesy, I must say that the staff here at Good Ole Tom's is far from it. Greeted immediately with a friendly, genuine smile, I immediately felt welcome and at ease. Now why would I need to feel at ease? Well, I never thought I would need to get cash "fast" and was a little embarrassed to sell something in this way. No, I didn't get the amount I needed, but every little bit helps when the air conditioning at your house goes out in this crazy hot Arizona heat. So... I'll say it in the true cheesy commercial spirit this place advertises, "Thanks, Good Ole Tom!" And thank you, Jack, for your excellent customer service!

I started going to Good Ole Toms quite some years ago when their north location was next to the Bashas on Thornydale & Cortaro. The environment is automatically warming. There’s always at least one or two faces greeting you with a smile and a ‘hello’ as soon as you walk inside. They take their time with each customer as needed, they ask necessary questions and answer all that you might have as well. I usually have my young daughter with me when I go in. She is two and quite rambunctious - they never cease to make me feel without worry about her “just being a child”. They treat her just as much like a respectable customer as they always have me. They make you feel like family and always go above and beyond with that extra $$ you’re needing. Their customer service is just all around excellent. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else.
