Jack was very professional and polite. I brought my unwanted pieces of gold and he made sure I was given what’s right for the items. He went over and beyond to make sure I left the store happy. I have visited Good Ole Tom’s several years ago, and despite some people’s recommendation to go to other stores, my gut told me to stay with GOT. I am a definitive loyal client.

I have never had a bad experience at Good Ole Tom's! The staff is always helpful and willing to answer any questions I might have. They have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry and interesting collectibles. The store is always clean and they never have a problem with just looking around. I've never felt rushed or pressured to either but or sell. The prices are fair and I've returned to them again and again. I highly recommend Good Ole Tom's.

I've never been to any of the Good Ole Tom's locations until I visited the store on Thornydale. I had some old jewelry that went way back, so I thought I'd take it in. I didn't have any expectations, but I knew there were some pieces in there worth having a pro look at. I've always liked their commercials, I look at Good Ole Tom and imagine he's got some great stories to tell. And I like his hat. 😊 The gentleman that helped me is Jack. We had a nice chat about Arizona's A-10s and growing up on National Geographic while he assessed my items. It was a very pleasant surprise when he offered me more than twice the amount than I'd guessed. Their store's setting is clean and nicely organized, with armed security, and Jack and his colleague were professional and put me quickly at ease. It's an awkward thing to go through any of your stuff with a stranger, but Jack didn't feel like one for long. I enjoyed watching his methods of evaluating the items I brought in. It was much more relaxing than I had imagined. I will talk to Jack now anytime I have a question about jewelry, particularly gold and silver. What a great resource! So glad I went in today. I can now say I finally did something I've SAID I wanted to do for 20 years. And I left with a nice chunk of change that I did not at all expect. I took in some pieces that were broken and twisted up, things I would have normally just thrown away. So glad I didn't. (Thank you Jack.)

Jack at the north location was awesome and very compassionate. My mother-in-law just passed away and Jack handled our situation with kindness and consideration and was able to give us top dollar on our items (I had checked exchange prices prior to speaking with Jack) I would recommend Good Ole Tom's for everyone looking to sell gold or silver.
