So far so good just signed up so not many details for the business side of this things but Richard and everyone else gave great details of program and was very courteous and knowledgeable.

So far our experience with GRO has been great. Richard and Bill did a great job explaining their program and how it benefits us. I'll update my rating if this doesn't work out, but I feel good about it here at the beginning.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard Zachary and Bill Marshall and they were very professional and informative. I had no idea I could rent my timeshare and they explained how easy the process was. They answered all my questions and put all my doubts at ease. They were kind and explained the process that we would go through for the next couple of months which was very useful because now we know what to expect.

I spoke to Martin on June 30th on my sale of my Timeshare. He explained and gave me options. I understood it, although, he had to repeat himself. He did well and I believe he deserved a 5 star rating.

If communication continues, and they are able to rent/sell all my properties like intended, I'll be forever grateful. It's an incredible service if it works as described.! We'll see.
