I normally don’t answer toll free calls on vacation because I don’t want unsolicited telemarketers bothering me with services Im not interested in. But I am so glad I answered this particular call from Global Resort Options. Their services are exactly what I was looking for and the process was relatively easy and efficient. I probably need a support group for people with multiple timeshares 😂 and I have more timeshare opportunities than I have time to make use of so this call was perfect as I was intending to figure out how to rent out my unused time when I returned home from this current trip. Both the initial call from Maddie and the follow up with Ken were informative and I was also impressed by their warmth and ability to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Can’t wait to see how this all pans out but as for now I’m very pleased and would recommend their services to anyone looking to make better use of their unused timeshare assets.

I couldn't believe what I heard from the Global Resorts Option Team!! Michelle introduced the program to me. Then another appointment by phone led me to Mr. Emerick. He explained everything so that I could understand exactly what he was saying. Neil further explained the financial end of it and Sean verified my information for the contract. If they come true to their words, I will boast about this company to all of my friends! Recovery is most important for me right now, so best of luck to my GRO team!!

I haven't used my timeshare for years, I spoke with Customer Service Representative Allen and then with Mark at the Verification Department, they treated me in a very respectful manner. I decided to work with this company to rent/sell my unit based on the reviews and I hope 🙏 that they are really as professional and efficient as others mentioned, I will be giving an update as soon as I get my unit rent/sold as expected.
