Felt quite comfortable throughout my hour/half-plus phone call with Global Resort Options after finally connecting with Richard Zachary (realized timezone error for phone call d/t my relocation). Had expected about 30+min time for call; did not realize I would be talking with three departments by end of call. Richard was thorough, patient and understood my wayward questions and comments. I came away understanding more than I typically would from this type of information sharing. If all that I understand comes to pass, I will be most pleased with my decision to use GRO to assist with my timeshare vacancy issue.

Everyone so far we have spike to has been nice and very explanatory, but seeing some reviews we r wondering if this is on the up and up. Can't seem to pull up the U.S. site, and living in Canada, having to pay the exchange to do so, hoping to recover some of what we paid fairly soon not wait 6 months. So I guess time will tell if money well spent or not.

We spoke with Daniel regarding renting our timeshare. He answered all our questions. We decided to sign up. My husband and I really don’t trust salespeople very much but went with it. I’m giving a 5 star rating for now because I liked that he showed us that they have no complaints with FDACS.gov. And their Reviews from the BBB. We are hoping to make some money to off set our maintenance fee.
