Purchased directly from company's website, got best deal than seeing same item on Amazon. Great bench, lots of neat accessories and exercises that can be done on it. Only criticism (more like an area of opportunity for FA) is it would be beneficial for some kind of booklet or online videos that show all the exercises available with the bench and its accessories. I can guess what everything is designed to do, but I would have appreciated something that kind of shows me best form / approach. Eg. There are what appears to be dip handles facing backward on the barbell stirrups. So am I to try to do the dips with them facing back, or would it make more sense to turn the stirrups around so the dip handles are facing towards the seat of the bench? Either way would kinda work, but I think turning them around would give best stability....now if I do, how best do I perform a dip? Even the promotional video on YouTube only shows the static picture on the website / Amazon. If you're going to put a video on YouTube to promote the bench and build value, I encourage you to invest in a 5 min video that actually shows someone using the bench and accessories. I'm sure it will build value in the bench for even the standard price. I didn't even notice the dip handles when I bought it and was impressed to see them when I started putting it together! Thank you, will definitely check FA out again when I need more equipment.

Most affordable prices for weights during the pandemic; way better than buying used weights for ridiculous prices. I got the 300 lbs rubber coated plate set, and just one plate had damaged rubber. Staff was helpful and I was able to exchange it for a new one without any hassle.

I bought at least a dozen items and equipment from Fitness Avenue, for my home gym for about 7 years. The prices are still the best I've seen around. My orders have always been ready for pickup or delivered on time. I have not returned anything or required assistance with the items. They have been quick with a reply regarding a backordered item on their website. They have the lowest prices on quality equipment and the best service. That's all I need.

Very reasonably priced with good quality products. Only wish I could physically test out particular equipment at the warehouse. Did not purchase safety squat bar because I could not evaluate it and return policy would not permit me seeing if it could be used comfortably.

Great service. Friendly people. We picked up dumbbells and quickly realized one of dumbbells was packaged Incorrect. Contacted fitness avenue and they fixed the issue no problem! Went to pick the new dumbbell up along with some more items that just restocked. They’re very accommodating and reasonably priced. So We’re very happy and will be likely to return! Thank you.
