Delivery was quicker than expected. The power rack that I bought was 399 and great quality. Was fairly worried as I've never seen equipment at these prices but all good quality. Worst part is prbly the virgin rubber plates and although it says no smell there definitely is one. Suggestion is to air them outside for a few days, cover in litter to absorb the smell, or have window/good ventilation to air out over time. Have all equipment in my basement bedroom and still a slight smell that tickles the joe a bit but nothing serious and not something I notice while chilling in my room..good purchase

Edited - May 3, 2021 I've made 5 seperate orders and managed to build a full gym from Fitness Avenue in under 5 months. All equipment has held up, bench has some wear on the sides due to the stitching being weak. No issues, customer service remains at 100% and don't get me started with the pricing which is pre-Covid and not astronomically increased like alot of other sellers. --- I purchased the AmStaff Fitness DF-1162 Multi-Squat Rack. Ordered - January 1, 2021 Received - January 15, 2021 Delivery Timeframe 10/10 Condition 10/10 Assembly Ease 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Pricing 10/10 I only decided to purchase from Fitness Avenue because of a earlier review from an apna banda. As a result of this fantastic experience, I've placed my second and now third order in the past couple of days. I ordered a piece of gym equipment for curbside pickup to save myself on the shopping charges. The process could not have went better. My item was ready for pickup within the next 5 days of me ordering it. I showed up to their pickup location, loaded the equipment into my car and that was it. Very simple and pleasing experience and I am absolutely in love with the lat pulldown machine I purchased. Very affordable and very high quality, not much more you can ask for.

Ordered multiple items from Fitness Avenue that were all listed as in stock. I was able to pick everything up within a few days of making the initial order. Was quick and seemless. No complaints, other than putting Amstaff equipment together is similar to building anything from IKEA (instructions are not exactly detailed). I'd order again from Fitness Avenue in the future.

Great quality items at affordable prices. This is my second barbell from Fitness Avenue, I’m happy with both of them. If you’ve got a home gym and you’re looking to outfit it without breaking the bank, they’re the place to go. They’re understandably a bit swamped with orders due to the pandemic, so order fulfillment will take a bit longer than expected. You’ll be able to get through to their customer service reps that will essentially tell you the same thing. The main reason for the 4 stars rating instead of 5 is that there needs to be more communication from their end after you pay for your order. Many companies are doing this through automated emails, more detailed/advanced tracking information even before the item has been shipped.
