I am quite satisfied with the top quality work that those gentlemen have been offering for many years now. Mr. Wayne and his team have always offered timely response to my work request; let alone the professional, and yet friendly standards. He is thorough, patient and hard working. He always has a solution for whatever issue/problem that might arise around the house. He does that with a great beautiful smile, always. When my family and I moved to our current house in 2005 I needed some plumbing help. I shopped around and decided to call the Gentlemen. A family friend told me that “ they’re good but a bit more expensive than many others. I called them; Wayne and other Gentlemen came in and we would never ask others for help. Wayne and team, thank you very much for your professional and honest work which worth every dollar I pay, and for your friendly oriented customer service.

I had Mike come in and fix my taps and replace some valves for my condo. He was great! explained everything very clearly to me which was a plus because I always felt with other companies I never knew if I was being taken advantage of. Not only did he explain everything he would show me the damaged parts and explain what caused them helping me prevent the same issues in the future. Best service I have received in a long time from a plumber.

Tycho and Adam came to do the yearly inspection. They both were very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. They provided very helpful insight as we are in the process of getting a new hot water heater. They were able to answer all questions regarding hot water tanks vs. on demand systems. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who has an older home.

They came first thing the next day to fix a leaking toilet for us. Very professional and ensured the problem was fixed before leaving. Also gave us a complimentary check on our plumbing and identified the cause of another issue, providing us a quote.

Installation of Furnace & AC - Very Professional from start to finish, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. They will walk you thru everything they will do are doing and have done. They service what they install and have their own warranties as well. We trusted them in our home when were out of town and they locked up when they were done for the day.

Old water heater died on weekend. Called and left messages with a couple local companies,no replies? Called these guys,promised next day service, which was great. Then got call a couple hours later saying they could come in couple of hours, fantastic👏😀. Replaced old unit with new one,hauled away old and cleaned up area,did a free evaluation of other areas. Very happy with service and response. Highly recommend 👍

Excellent service , and home inspection after the work done was great ! Had a leak in our hot water tank and Gentleman plumbers were here same day with the same brand hot water tank for instillation, wasn’t rushed , it was installed and cleansed up in a matter of hours , would recommend them to my Grandmother! I had a leak from the water line in my basement ceiling, called in this company in the morning and they were able to come in the afternoon. Wayne and Alan came, diagnosed the issue and got it done promptly. They were pleasant and great to deal with. Part of their service include doing a full inspection of all the sinks and toilet. I ended getting them to fix some other plumbing issues I had in the house. Wayne realized my humidifier was not working and spend close to an hour trouble shooting the problem. I am getting them back to replace my humidifier. I highly recommend Gentleman Plumbing, do ask for Wayne or Alan if you in Calgary.

From start to finish they kept communicating on attending the scheduled appointments. They completed an estimate and stuck to it. Everyone was very knowledgeable and all explained what the work was involving and why they were doing it in such a way as they did. The estimator and the plumbers doing the actual work first checked it all out before starting the work so they had a plan and not just going here and there. They were remarkable in replacing all the piping from the ground to the taps in one day in my mobile home. I would highly recommend this company and competent employees.

I recommend everything about The Gentlemen Plumbers! From my inquiry about a new hot water tank to the installation. Ryan and Adam were the men who did the installation and not only were they on time, they were extremely respectful and friendly. They told me the step by step process and then got to work. They gave us a lot of advice in respect to how to first use the hot water, and other advice of the drainage of certain sinks and the tub. They recommended a biodegradable drain cleaner that they carry which I also purchased. I highly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone and would highly recommend that they ask for Ryan and Adam!
