Used these guys in 2011 to clean the roots out of my pipes and they did a good job, so i used them again this past week to do another root wacking job. Of course anyone would want to pay less, but really, can you put a price on not having all your drains back up? The turn around time between calling the dispatch office and having a guy come in was perfect...they were here in less than 24 hours! I hope not to need you guys again (at least for this job) for a long time! 😊

We'd been having problems with two faucets, kitchen & bathroom. Laverne replaced them both (I bought from Costco and saved money over his quoted price. He was patient and thorough and I appreciated his professionalism. Both taps work well. If I had any issue with the company it's that their prices seem very high (but then I pay handsomely for car repairs now too). Appreciate the one year labour warranty.

Hubby just loves his garburator, a little too much.. apparently your not supposed to put everything down there except the kitchen sink 🤪 ? A bunch of pea pods clogged the dishwasher drain. Gentleman plumbers arrived within 24 hrs and had it all fixed up.

Everyone involved, from the person who came to do the estimate, to those who changed the pipes throughout the house, to the gentleman who came back to fix the connection to the fridge were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They guarantee their work and they made sure everything was in working order from the intake pipe to the faucets. I would definitely recommend them.

Prompt, professional, knew what he was doing, accepted suggestions. However, even with the seniors discount it was still pricey. Having said that, at least now we can shower, flush the toilet and drink water. I am grateful!

I'm happy with the service provided. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but it was a complicated procedure to get to the mechanism that needed replacing. Everything was explained to me in detail and I felt it was worth the money. He also went through my condo and checked all the taps and the connections. I was impressed by his professionalism. I received the best care. I had an appointment yesterday for a plumber to come and install a new kitchen faucet. Laverne knocked on my door and I was pleasantly surprised to see a well dressed gentleman. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about his work and did a wonderful job installing my faucet. While he was here he also did a complimentary home inspection and made a recommendation on replacing the hoses on my washer and dryer. He gave me important information about how the hoses would react to the electronic appliances and thereby wear out over time. I was not aware of this and I appreciate knowing this so I can avoid a costly problem in the future. Interaction with the call centre (Samantha) was exceptional and provided maintenance history as it pertained to the current issue and warranties on previous equipment. The technician, Dan, was a consummate professional who exuded technical expertise and experience. He explained everything through assessing the history of the age of the house, previous work, the age of equipment previously installed, the initial diagnosis of the issue(s), the proposed procedure to test the diagnostic hypothesis to confirm there were no unforeseen underlying issues, explained the work done upon completion as well as maintenance tips and performed preventative maintenance on the associated system. In so doing, previous work was improved upon, as well as outlining a "Cadillac" solution should the current fix be insufficient in the future.

Words can't describe how amazing Kale and his whole team are. They undertook a MASSIVE job for our townhouse complex which included the removal and installation of two new underground water supply lines. Not only did they orchestrate the use of hydrovac trucks as required, but they ensured they had a sufficient crew size of about 5+ guys to ensure the job was done as quickly as possible. These guys went above and beyond and worked overtime when required to ensure the water supply was returned to the units. All of the guys were a real pleasure to deal with and were very good at keeping us informed of the repair status on a daily basis. They were extremely clean, considering the muddy disaster our yards were after the hydrovac excavation. I can't thank you guys enough for the complexity and quality of work you guys did.

I was initially surprised/shocked by the quote to do the work, but after seeing the effort & time that he put in, it was worth every penny. I had a connection fail near my water meter. I tried to contact several plumbing companies local to Strathmore but you were the first ones to answer the phone. I was first told someone would be here in the afternoon but Laverne called me right back and was here by 10:30.
