He showed up within the hour on a Friday night and not only removed the clog from 40 year old piping, he installed a clean out fitting, fixed other leaks and left my under sink cupboards cleaner than he found them. Great communication and execution. Would recommend and call again.
FacebookMy experience with gentlemen plumbers has always been very very very good. Both for myself and my parents home. It is usually Ryan who shows up and he is always polite, efficient and honest. Always cleans up after himself. Is very respectful and just an all around nice guy. We love Ryan!! Today Tom was here and turns out the great service we get isn't exclusive to just Ryan. Even the people who answer the phone are good to deal with. Gentlemen plumbers always have made me smile!!

FacebookVery prompt, polite and educated. However, I was a little taken back by the cost to replace a bathroom drain pipe. We paid 470.00 for a half hour job with minimal parts required. That did include the 69.00 for travel which was explained prior to the visit. Having said that I have not had to hire a plumber before, so maybe that’s the going rate???? If your not a plumber, and you need one, I recommend you call the kind people at Gentleman.

Also explained membership and value to me the consumer. Very clean, no mess left behind, also changed tubing on washer, and reminded me why I should have this done. I was told upfront what the Cost would be, which, was what it was. Service was excellent, would definitely recommend this company.

HomeStarsWe had a leaking sewage stack. Janine, the receptionist was amazing to deal with. Not only was she very friendly and professional but she knew the process inside and out and could anticipate all my concerns. Nick came in to repair and made me comfortable about the whole process. It was done much quicker than I ever would have thought and everything was clean when he left. He did a full house inspection once he was done and found a few more problems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will be using them again
GoogleMy job was a difficult one so I would like to start by saying that Chris and Levern did a great job with majority of it. They were nice to deal with and really tried their best. Thank you. The areas I would suggest to improve on is: 1) measure twice and don't assume. There was an issue because my p-traps were placed too low. But you came back and fixed them and made it right with me by paying for the drywaller bill I had because of the mistake. 2) Chris did not clearly explain to me why he didn't want to use a specific part hook my sink drain up, he just suggested I get new drains that came with my new sink. I was upset about that because I felt he was trying to take the easy way out. After talking with Brakkas I understand why Chris suggested it. I would suggest more explanation to people about why you want to do something. 3) It wasn't until Brakkas came in the third time that I learnt about your memberships and Biosmart. I have signed up and purchased the product. This was almost a missed opportunity. In the end I am happy but there were a few bumps along the way.

Dylan came out and assessed our situation and knew right away what needed to be done. His professionalism and quality of work confirmed for me that I made the right call. Riley, the technician that was sent to my home, was friendly, knowledgeable, and super dedicated to making sure I was satisfied with the service I'd received. The plumbing issue I had initially called in took him barely five minutes to fix, but he remained for an additional SIX HOURS to deal with my kitchen sink, which had been causing me grief since moving into my home four months ago. I can't recommend his work, or the company, enough!
