He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We feel comfortable that our home is safe after his check. We are very happy with every aspect of his dealings with us.The price point for this inspection was very reasonable also.

Based on the discussions Ryan and I had, I was very comfortable with the decisions I made on behalf of my family and our financial situation. GoogleOur experience took longer that we originally anticipated. Our original call was for a leaking faucet. After a thorough check of the appliances we were advised that the hard water was probably the source of some of our problems and could cause us problems in the future. A water softener was recommended and we were happy to proceed with this having had one in the past. I was impressed that they were able to install this the same day. We were initially very satisfied until we realized our leak still existed after we thought it had been fixed. We had some other issues but all have been resolved to our satisfaction. We have worked with two different technicians during this week but the resolution of our problems by the Manager Ashley was outstanding. Her final goal was to see us 100% satisfied. She listened to our concerns without prejudice and was willing to do whatever it took to make things right. To find a company that stands by their 100% guarantee of satisfaction or a full refund is refreshing is very much needed in the trade industry. Due to the customer comes first attitude in resolving our problems, I would recommend this company to others.

FacebookI explained the problem to the tech and she was quick to diagnosis it and how to fix the clog. Showed me the prices and what tools she was going to use to undo the clog. Had fun sharing stories and explaining to me the in's and out's of plumbing, toilets and inspected the house thoroughly and explained each issue carefully with me and recommendations to resolve the issue.
GoogleReasons why I liked the company: 1- great customer service on the phone 2- they were able to send a plumber in a very quick manner (same day) 3- the service was well done- we had four soldered shut-off valves that needed replacing 4 - the plumber is friendly and professional 5- the plumber who is a lady told me that the company treats her well (this is huge for me) 5- there were additional services that were offered in an informative but not aggressive manner. 6- the pricing was well explained, and the plumber was organized and well-equipped. I will definitely call them for future services again.

FacebookCalled the Gentlemen Plumber's out because our furnace was blowing cold air and would not shut off. Ryan Park arrived shortly after we placed the call and was at the house for 5 hours checking the furnace out. He showed and explained everything he was doing with the furnace. He advised us that the furnace was no good anymore and that it being 12 years old they probably would not be able to get parts for it and that it was the wrong size furnace for the house, it was too small. He also checked out the air conditioning and the air conditioner was over compensating when it would run because it was damaged when it was installed so we needed to replace that also. Ryan gave us three different quotes, so we decided to have both replaced. They arrived at 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning and did not finish the job until 8:30 p.m. that night. They ran into a few problems with the piping and the way they were installed before. They were fantastic. Since the installation of the new items our house has been very comfortable, whereas before it was always cold and it did not matter what the temperature was set at. Ryan Park, Kale Trim, Nathan Lowry and Aaron Coker were excellent workers, polite, clean and friendly, even though Aaron went into the truck and fell asleep. Ok fine he fell out of the truck in the morning and hurt his knee, worked really hard for a good 7 hours and just had to go rest his knee and have a nap. LOL. I would recommend this company and these fine men to everyone. They were great. Thank you guys so much for fixing everything.
