Meeting Steve was indeed a pleasant experience. While doing the assessment, he took the time answer my questions. He first did the professional part of the job and then advised me on another part which I chose to do myself. I found that very useful. After a heavy day of rain, I noticed I had some drainage issues. After talking to my condo board for advice, I called Action Auger and they managed to get someone to my place that same afternoon. Daniel was dispatched to my place and after some inspection, we determined the sump pump needed to be replaced. Daniel was very personable and exceptionally knowledgeable in this type of replacement. He walked me through each step of the process, and explained how the entire sump pump/weeping tile system works. The replacement pump works like a charm and immediately fixed the drainage issues I was experiencing. Daniel also explained a few maintenance tips to prevent problems like this from occurring in the future. All in all, the experience was wonderful and painless (for me), and I will definitely be using Action Auger again in the future if I run into additional plumbing problems. A+.

Action Auger had installed my original water heater and when its time came to an end I again called them and the service was as exceptional as it was when they first did work for us. All work was completed beyond expectations. Area was clean and the overall home inspection on all other fixtures was an added bonus. I highly recommend them. Customer service is beyond compare.

My problem was a leaking hot water tank and my basement floor was being flooded ... it was a Sunday night and I was leaving town on Wednesday ... I called Gentlemen's Plumbers, aka Action Auger Plumbing on Monday morning and explained my dilemma ... I needed help right away because of my travel plans ... They were there on Tuesday morning at 9 am and replaced my two hot water tanks with top grade tanks and I had hot water within a couple of hours (I hadn't showered since Sunday) ... The technician, Jeff, was personable and went right to work and made certain that I was completely satisfied ... The installation was perfectly and cleanly done and my old tanks were removed and disposed of ... I would highly recommend The Gentlemen's Plumbers to anyone and everyone who requires fast, efficient, and professional service.

The two young men came to install a new toilet in our down stairs bathroom. They checked it all out first to see why it needed to be changed. Explained to me how the new one works compared to the old ones. Then they checked my outdoor taps, said it was a simple fix and so they fixed them all and now no leaking. They tightened my kitchen tap as well. Installed the new toilet which looks way better than I thought it would. They sealed it along the bottom so that it looks neat and clean. Explained how it works etc. They were very friendly and took their time to explain everything to me. They were very neat and tidy, no mess at all. Very professional and friendly. Tyler was professional in assessing the situation, explaining the problem and going over the options. He also gave me good advise when he checked the home plumbing and connections, including sump. The job was a very big, heavy project (water tank) and he handled it alone and in very good time, and left the area tidy. My impression is that Gentlemen Plumbing is working to establish their company for the long term. That is very good to see! I like the warranty and do keep track of such things; so thanks for taking care of a little problem that could have caused me a much bigger problem.

We had a leak in our bathroom in the basement, water dripping from ceiling fan cutout. Kurt helped us in detecting where from the water is coming and located the cause so quickly. It was refrigerator leaking water on main floor and it was sipped through the baseboard and was leaking down in the basement. He installed isolation valve to the water line to refrigerator and advised us to fix refrigerator problem. The leakage in basement stopped. Kurt is very knowledgeable and very professional. Kale was very friendly, professional and timely. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. Kale diagnosed the problem immediately and explained other possible deficiencies as a result of my problem. Kale recommended a home inspection, which I hadn't had in sometime and other deficiencies were discovered. Kale repaired those efficiently and cleaned up. He took the extra time to make sure my plumbing was in good working order, even though it was late on a Fri. afternoon. We had a mysterious leak on the outside of our house. Jeff & Ben (I think it's Ben - the lovely English bloke) arrived ahead of schedule and investigated. Turns out it wasn't an easy job at all. A staple from new flooring had pierced a pipe at a really difficult location to access. The guys figured it all out, but first quoted the price for the job, which was great. They kept us apprised of everything during the job and answered our many questions. It's also wonderful that they do a full home inspection for no extra charge and let us know of any recommendations.
