Very Satisfied. From initial phone call to book a service appointment (thank you Maury) to final resolution of plumbing issue (thank you Terry) the service was excellent. Timely response (same day). Terry was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I appreciated the extras (i.e. free home inspection with recommendations and advice on future care and maintenance for my home). I was referred to the company by a former satisfied customer and I will have no hesitation in making the same recommendation to others in the future.

Really good service. Had plumbing emergency as house had just sold and we discovered toilet leaking into basement ceiling. Needed it fixed that day. Gentlemen Plumbers had two plumbers to my house that morning and problem fixed within hour. Much appreciated.

I just had your service technician Teagan Hill at my home. She diagnosed the problem (worn out pipe leading to outside tap) explained the cost, and did the repair. It was a WONDERFUL experience seeing a young woman in this trade. She worked efficiently, made zero mess(even brought a piece of carpet so not to step on my hardwood floors), and was very friendly and polite!! I WILL use this company again!! Competitive prices, second to none EXPERIENCED trades people,, and done in a VERY timely manner!!! My faith in plumbers has been restored!! Thank you Teagan!!

They were prompt, clean and well dressed, friendly and informative with the wife and I concerning options available for our needs while assessing the plumbing issue for a perspective cost before starting the job. Once completed needs inventory for cost assessment was agreed upon, they immediately proceeded to allocate required parts needed to complete the task, which they mostly had stocked in their service truck anyways. Since the original service call was simply for a 20 year old bathtub valve/tap replacement which had no access panel and required extra work to access and replace, they inspected the 20 year old inefficient, unsafe, discontinued water heater dangerously close to the end of it's life and after a complete explanation concerning the water heater the decision was made to also upgrade the water heater to current standards of efficiency, safety and codes. Throughout the completion of the removal and installation process they were informative concerning our inquiries. They're process was completed with courtesy, cleanliness and the utmost professional efficiency along with a instructional friendly perspective when communicating with us. Bottom Line: Wife's happy!! and our first call to "The Gentleman Plumbers".... Definitely will not be our last, thanks to Nathan and Mack.

First time using Gentleman Plumbers. Great greeting and front end support from the office staff. Time was booked for the next day and plumber was there very promptly between the hours that I was quoted. Plumber Richard was very courteous and professional in explaining the Gentlemen Plumbers pricing policy. He was able to provide a quote right away. The work was completed above my expectations. Wayne came out quickly to diagnose and repair a leaking sink drain mainline that had been leaking behind our wall for some time, he was very fast at responding, quick to figure out what the issue was and what needed to be done and no hidden fees as to what the cost was : I was very happy with the service provided and will switch from using my other plumber because of the service provided I recommend using this company as they are upfront with their costs and don't charge outrageous "after hours charges" that my other plumber charges and the service they provide is top notch :)

Brian from Action Auger made our plumbing problem exceptionally convenient and bearable. When you have to call a plumber it is because something has gone terribly wrong and you need help. Brian responded to this need and made us feel that we could trust him right away. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly, he let us know exactly what was happening and what needed to happen in language we could understand. So often, you have people come into your home to fix a problem you have no experience with or knowledge of and they fail to educate you and keep you informed. Brian was not like this at all; he told us step by step what he was doing and even showed us what he was explaining so we could see and learn. He then provided us with numerous options and was straight up about the price, time commitment, and outcome probability of each. This experience was exceptional in every way and Brian personally was a pleasure to have in our home. If we ever need a plumber again Action Auger will be our first and only call and we will be requesting Brain come out to help us. He has a level of expertise, experience, customer service and professionalism that most companies lack these days. Thank you for the wonderful experience, we are now able to have our house up and running again as it should be.

My wife and I had our poly-b plumbing replaced in our house. We met with Kurt two weeks prior to booking this job. Kurt walked through the house and provided us with a thorough evaluation of the work required. He also provided an estimate. We are happy to report that the job was completed on schedule and did not exceed estimated work charges. I called The Gentleman Plumbers at 5:30 on a Tuesday asking for help with a leaky toilet. They were able to get a plumber to me Wednesday morning by 8 am. Ben and Jeff showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed what the issue was and gave me options as to how to fix it. They were very open about pricing and were not pushy about "the more expensive option". When asked for their professional opinion they gave it freely. They replaced the whole toilet quickly and efficiently. They have all the tools that they need in their truck so no matter what you choose they can help you right away. They ended up having to take part of my baseboard out to fit the toilet in but instead of leaving me with more work to do once they left they were creative and were able to put the baseboard back on after some nice carpentry work! I would absolutely recommend The Gentleman Plumbers!! They were fantastic.

Just had Kurt from Action Auger Pluming aka The Gentlemen Plumbers in Calgary fix the backed up kitchen sink in my 100 year old house. Could not have asked for a more efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable plumber. He walked me through the process and took care of the problem in great time. Price is reasonable, service is quick and very tidy. The inspection Kurt did of the rest of the plumbing in my house was terrifically helpful - mostly because I now know for sure that things were done right in past renovations. I'm happy to recommend this company.

I called Gentlemen Plumbers in Edmonton to address the bathroom sink problem. Call was answered with no waiting, appointment was set up for the next morning and got a heads up before the technician show up. Plumber showed up on time and completed all the work professionally. They offer complimentary inspection service and the technician found a leaking problem in the kitchen sink. And it was fixed on the spot (of course with the standard pricing). Overall, it was a costly service, but I'm fully satisfied with the work and I would hire them again. I would also recommend to work for them if any plumber is looking for a job.
