This is the second time using Gentlemen plumber. Terry is a very personal and professional individual. Made the experience of "water " issue of mine today -exceptionally lighter than what i had thought. Over all this is the company to have any issue repaired as if they were doing the repairs on their own domain.

Nathan did and awesome job and explained everything. He even raised the bathroom mirror a little so the new tap could fit properly. The pricing was very reasonable I thought. I would recommend them to my friends. Under 400 for a new tap installed and about 1500 for a new hot water tank installed and the old one taken away.

I was very pleased with the service we received. And the inspection was an unexpected bonus! I can do laundry now without water pouring in the floor! Wayne was very polite and professional. Will definitely call again for our plumbing problems!

Had Steven come by, he was very professional and went through everything in detail. I thought he even went above and beyond the work that was required and he made sure everything was in good order and put new stuff to make it easier to fix if it needs fixing in the future. Highly recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers! Big thank you so much to Kurt who came out to our home in Medicine Hat to fix what we thought was going to be a major issue with a bill we were expecting to be in the thousands! He would not give up till he found the problem which turned out to be a minor issue at minimal cost, and we got a very funny story out of it! Everyone I dealt with at The Gentlemen Plumbers from the receptionist, the appointment confirmation, to Kurt the technician, were polite, prompt, and professional. We were comfortable with Kurt the minute he walked through the door, he showed up all handsome, crisp and clean, and by the time he left he was wet, filthy and sweaty, and we had a lot of laughs!

Very good experience. We had Brian as our technician. He was very knowledgeable about the possible causes and solutions we could try. He laid out all the costs and options before he started any work. He was very friendly and clean, and willing to put in extra work to make sure everything was clean and working perfectly before he left. Would use this company again.

Who knew that having a toilet plungered, then augured, then removed all together could be interesting and informative...well, Kurt made it so. I stuck around for the show and he let me know each step of the way what wasn't working and then what finally worked. All is great and that's totally because of Kurt's amazing service and knowledge. The two plumbers who showed up were informative and helpful. I was really happy when they had to run out to buy parts to finish the job, but that didn't increase the cost at all. Even though the trip into Calgary from Chestermere increased the length of the job by over an hour there was no extra charge. Thank you Nathan and Mack!

We decided to replace our main water valve in our house just to be proactive and upgrade to a more modern and safe valve. Kurt and Ben were both very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. They explained everything to me in layman's terms and left the work area clean and tidy. The ladies at the office reception have also always been very pleasant, professional and helpful. Wayne came out quickly to diagnose and repair a leaking sink drain mainline that had been leaking behind our wall for some time, he was very fast at responding, quick to figure out what the issue was and what needed to be done and no hidden fees as to what the cost was : I was very happy with the service provided and will switch from using my other plumber because of the service provided I recommend using this company as they are upfront with their costs and don't charge outrageous "after hours charges" that my other plumber charges and the service they provide is top notch :)

We called for a repair appointment on a Saturday morning and they were able to come out in the afternoon. The repairman was very professional and quickly figured out the issue with our hot water tank and got it running. Will use them again if we have plumbing issues, but knock on wood I don't have to any time soon.

Kale Trim is a 10/10. Super great guy. Very knowledgeable and professional. I love how fast they were able to come to my house to deal with an issue I was having in my basement. It was same day service which was awesome. And it came with a free home inspection. My only concern was his quote for the work I needed to be done. It was roughly 50% higher than 3 other quotes I secured. I am sure that comes with being a much bigger company with higher overhead.
