Top notch service! Our hot water tank burst- and of course on a Saturday! We called for the first available appointment and it was such a relief to actually speak to someone on the weekend as opposed to recorded messages and promises to call back. Our plumber, Ladislav, was great! He was friendly and courteous, explained the problem, and made suggestions. He was honest about what would and wouldn't work in our house, answered all my questions, and was totally upfront about costs. He was patient while we made decisions but once we gave him the green light he was lightning fast! Super efficient and professional, not to mention patient while my kids talked his ear off. The whole process couldn't have been smoother and I would recommend Ladislav and The Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone. Thanks for the great service!!

Excellent service. My issue needed to be fixed quickly and they were able to send a repairman a few hours after we called. We had Ben out to handle an emergency leak from our dishwasher. He made the process easy to understand, explaining what the cause and rational for the broken parts at the base of the dishwater. He made several recommendations for the completion of the job, which we will take. Ben has an easy going friendly personality which helped us manage the stress of the moment. Ladislav is a fantastic technician. He is polite, helpful and honest. Ladislav explained the work he was doing thoroughly and is upfront on what needed to be done. Highly recommend asking for Ladislav to do your work and I will be requesting him if needed in the future. After finishing the work I requested, he offered to take a look at the rest of my house and its plumbing at no extra cost. I learned a lot of tips and he gave excellent advice on how to take care of my plumbing. The company has its costs upfront without any hidden fees. The prices they list are what you pay.

Outstanding customer service! The receptionist was very friendly when I made my initial call, and again when she called to let me know the plumber (Wayne) was on his way. Wayne was very polite, and did a great job of informing me of my different options. After replacing my toilet he made a few suggestions on simple things I could do in both my bathroom and laundry room to prevent damage in the future, which I appreciated. I will definitely use this company again in the future, and would highly recommend them.

I called Gentlemen Plumbers in regards to a minor water leak that originated within the basement of my home. Kale Trim was the assigned plumber that attended my home the same morning as I called. Kale immediately introduced himself and provided me with a business card. Kale determined what repairs were required and provided me with a breakdown of all costs related to this repair. I found Kale to be very polite and courteous, and very professional, also very knowledgeable. In overall Kale did an excellent job and provided excellent customer service. I would not hesitate in calling the Gentlemen Plumbers for any future plumbing problems.

Adam came to replace an old leaking faucet with a new one, which he did efficiently after discussing what it was we wanted. After a careful house inspection he advised us to install new metal hoses to our washer.after explaining what happens when old rubber hoses wear out. His explanations were clear and concise and we appreciated the ease and care with which he went about these tasks. Many thanks.
