Ladislav was Great, they have me a time frame of 1-5 and were here right at 1. Ladislav was great and fixed it and no time plus gave a complimentary review of all the toilets in the house.

Adam Visser was very nice and very polite. He was very informative and helped me do some things maybe he would not normally do, like remove the faucet spout things so we could soak them in CLR to clean off the hard water residue. He answered all my questions with clear and understandable answers. He performed the inspection etc. neatly, not leaving any mess at all. I highly recommend Adam and commend him for a job well done. I also appreciated the office person who called to book the appointment to keep their commitment of our inspection once a year.

Matt was ever so helpful telling me what he had to do. He did a home inspection and explained recommendations. Over all he was great The company is expensive so I had to go with another company that was in my budget.

We had the pleasure of having Benjamin come into our home after our kitchen sink became clogged and had some piping issues as a result. Benjamin was extremely thorough in explaining what the issues were, how he was going to solve them, with what materials, and the pricing. There were also a few other odds and ends in our bathrooms that he was also able to fix. He left our kitchen and other areas of our home spotless after he was finished. He was very kind and did an excellent job. I would recommend him and this company for anyone's plumbing needs.

We recently suffered a fairly major flood in Calgary, Alberta due to a failed water pipe and retained The Gentlemen Plumbers to repair the cause of the damage. Ladislav Harman was the plumbing and heating technician who carried out the work and did an extraordinary job. We would hire him again without question. Ladislav is an excellent communicator: he explained the problem, its source, what fix was needed and why, and steps that could be taken to prevent future loss. He was candid and upfront about the cost - which was reasonable - and explained the breakdown of it. He performed the work and showed us exactly what was being done and why. Ladislav added much value to his site call: in addition to repairing the cause of damage, he inspected without charge other plumbing and heating throughout the house. He identified other areas of risk to watch out for and explained what steps to take to lessen risk. Ladislav is professional, courteous, kind, and demonstrates clear expertise. We will hire him again for all of our plumbing and heating needs.

Daniel and Nick were very professional and courteous. Daniel provided me with different options to fix the water pressure problem in the house. He was very detailed with explaining the problem and what they will do. The repair to the hot water side was enough to fix the problem so they didn't even need to touch the cold water side resulting in a savings there. Nick even offered to change the burnt out light-bulb in the basement since he was on a ladder anyways. I am a happy customer and will definitely use Action Auger again.

I would definitely recommend them. Steven came to my house to fix the water coming out of my wall from when my washer emptied. He clearly explained all my options to fix the problem. He fixed and tested everything several times and had me test it too to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Besides doing a great job he was very polite and friendly. Great Service at a great price! Their service fee is by far the cheapest from the few places I called. I'm really glad I chose this place to fix my leaky Navien tankless water heater. The receptionist was friendly was able to book me in for service the same day. She even gave courtesy call to update us know when the technician is coming. Daniel, the technician that arrived was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I can tell he really wanted to help. He was even willing to go the extra mile to get the parts we needed from their supplier. He took his time fixing and stuck around afterwards to made sure the problem has been fixed. We appreciated him checking/modifying our settings for optimal use. We highly recommend this place!

After having our kitchen sink augured and a pipe replaced the day before I noticed a small leak. I called The Gentlemen Plumbers back in the morning and Adam was there within 2 hours and promptly fixed the problem. We had Clifton come by and fix a number of small things in our place including the valve in our tub, installing a sink, and our leaky hose faucet. He even took time to show me how I can fix things in the future all on my own (the little things). We noticed a leak last night and today it's fixed. Future damage mitigated. Thanks!

I have been using Gentlemen Plumbers' services for a few years now and can honestly say I have been thrilled each time with their work. They are a courteous team, and always get the job done. They do not push their services on you as a customer, but rather offer their genuine feedback to the issues. Today, Wayne and his apprentice took care of roots in our sewer pipe. They efficiently worked and took care of the problem. Very happy with the results and as always, will call Gentlemen Plumbers when I have another problem (these darn older homes..ugh!).
