The plumber had a difficult job because the clog was so deep in the pipe. He did get it fixed, and repaired some of the pipes that were leaking. He also gave me advice on repairs I know I will need to do at a future date.

Wayne came by to check out my dishwasher which had leaked, very quickly he was able to tell what the problem was. The issue was mechanical within the dishwasher and Wayne and his colleague were then able to disconnect the dishwasher and dispose of it for me. They were both very friendly and efficient, Wayne was very knowledgeable when I asked for further advise regarding my hot water tank. The inspection that they include with the call out fee was useful and highlighted things that I had not even thought about around my home. I'll certainly be requesting his services again in the near future. Thanks guys!

I phoned after hours and was assisted courteously by a nice young lady. Our plumber was in communication throughout the day and arrived and finished early. He had a high degree of knowledge and struck us as a very competent fellow. We are pleased with our new water heater!

Sump pump trigger on every few minutes, four plumbers has been in to diagnosed but no result, just said it’s normal because water table is high. Yesterday the sump pump was making unusual noises and lasted for 15 minutes almost every two hour. Gentleman plumber sent Steven in after hours. He was excellent, very detailed and found where the problem was.he took time to explained and point out some plumbing issues that I should pay attention to. Job well done!

We had a dual flush toilet issue. Our service guy, Adam Visser, was able to come in, trouble shoot the problem and give an exact quote before any work was done. Adam was kind, courteous, professional and got the job done. Thank you for replacing our toilet and spending the time to trouble shoot our sink faucet as well.

Have used The Gentlemen Plumbers here in Edmonton twice. First time was when our water tank heater died. They were able to replace it that day pretty quick. Called them again when our water drainage clogged up. Called them around 8:30am, they were here within a couple hours. Was a long and dirty job but it got done. Highly recommend these guys.

I have been using the Gentlemen Plumbers in the Red Deer area for over a year now. I have had excellent customer service every time I use them. I am a single mom and have been burned in the past from other service people so dealing with Gentlemen Plumbers I can tell you that not only do they do good work, they are cost worthy - never charge more than their initial quote and are most importantly - trust worthy. I feel safe with them coming into my home and know that they are looking after my best interests. They are always providing me with detailed explanations on what they are doing - and always add a little extra into their services. I just had one of their servicemen (Richard) come in to fix my furnace. He had provided me a quote a few months ago. Not only did he stand by that original quote - he actually ended up charging me less because one of the parts was not needed. I felt very satisfied and safe knowing my furnace will keep me warm this winter!

Back in march my coil went on my hot water tank and called you to fix it. You said i had till maybe October to replace it before it gave up the ghost. They called it! Almost to the day actually. Had my hot water tank die on me almost a week ago but had to wait till payday to deal with it. Called you up and set up an appointment. Arrived on time was super friendly helpful and polite. Did the job quickly and cleanly as well as gave a good crash course on my new unit. He also did a quick quote on my furnace. Gave me a small quote at the cost but good to know before the old one craps out. So thankful and appreciative of your service. You are also the most reasonably priced for almost anything we need done. You are now on my speed dial!
