My boyfriend and I recently had Brian come out and do an estimate for a bathroom replacement. was fast and efficient and straight forward. We called back shortly after to book an appointment to have the work done. A week later we had the work done, sink,toilet and hot water tank replacement. The work was done in a timely matter all in one day.Overall great customer service . I recommend this company to everyone.

We were without heat for 3 days and were unable to find anyone who could come out, I called after remembering Gentleman Plumbers put in our water heater. They were able to book us in for the next day. Adam was able to come earlier than our appointment was booked for and he was able to confirm what ATCO had already told us and replace the faulty parts. Adam was very professional and friendly, he represented his Company in the best possible way. He was very tidy and diligent in his duties.

A plumber was due to come between 5 and 7 today. I was expecting it to be on the later side. Imagine my surprise when Steve showed up a couple minutes before 5! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough in explaining what he was doing from the get go. His professionalism went above and beyond. I would certainly not hesitate to call these guys again!!!!

Have had them here on various occasions. Always well presented, polite and take the time to explain what is happening and how they intend to fix it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It also pays to become a member. Great company. Ben was here recently, we had our water tank replaced, to do some work on it. He even texted me a few days later to see how things where going. Thanks to all the guys that come to our home. Customer service is not dead!!

We had Steve from Gentlemen Plumbers at our residence for a furnace and plumbing inspection yesterday. He was very thorough going through the checklist of work objectives and communicating verbally to us his recommendations. He also put the recommendations on a hard copy by email as per my request. I really like their professionalism when they are in my home for service calls.

The service tech was on time, friendly, and knew what he was doing. No extra charge for Saturday service. Most other places charge extra for coming on Saturday. Price was reasonable as well. Would definitely have them back again!

The men were very polite and courteous! They even brought their own rug! And remove footwear then Steven fixed the shower problem then changed the hot water tank! And they even gave us a seniors discount! And best of all they took all the old stuff away!! We're all so happy about the wonderful experience. I would use them again most definitely

John, from Gentlemen plumbers came to the house quickly. He was excellent at explaining all of our options, and made sure I understood. I live in a remote location, so I did not mind the charge. This is the second time I have used them, and I would definitely use them again if needed. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was very pleased with my service they put me on priority and in less than 12 hours they were testing my problem furnace. Same day Wayne went and got parts and started replacing parts. Unfortunately after 5 hours trying. Everything the furnace was dead. He was on the phone to his company to replace my furnace. He went out of his way to provide small heaters to as many rooms we needed . I had enough to keep my home from freezing . They are reliable curious professional Wayne made sure my furnace would be installed in two days. He explained all cost how it would be done plus a home inspection fixed a leak under my sink in minutes . He was here on time with. Kale and the two started covering my floors went under the house on the roof in the cold without a break. I. had anew furnace less then 5 hours I have a new furnace they even vacuumed !!! I am totally pleased and would recommend you call them first for all pluming needs. I had called Mr Furnace who kept setting up dates and times to be here 3 days they came told me I would here from them in 2 or 3 days about parts they called and said another few days for parts buy. In the mean time Action Auger Calgary had done it all and job finished! Thanks Wayne and Kale!

Furnace not turning on. Called The Gentlemen Plumbers and they give me a time that they would be available. It was suppose to be 1 to 5 on Nov 3 - in the morning I called them back to see if they could come early and they sent Wayne. He had the heat on and and the furnace running in no time. He explained everything that he was doing and give me a price before he did the work. Very happy with the service I would recommend this company to anyone that need repair.

Great service!! Nick explained all the options for an older toilet that was leaking at the base. He cleaned up after the installation of the new toilet. Nick was very friendly and professional .

Although we weren't able to fix the problem the day of the appointment, Adam set me up for a follow up a few days later. Was very satisfied with his service. Not only was he polite and professional, he also taught me a few things that I will definitely remember from this day forward. He also had the travel fee wavered for the next service on account of the job not being completed the day of the original appointment. This is what I call quality service. Two fellows arrived on time and were extremely helpful and polite. They completed the work and did a home inspection. Made recommendations for possible future problems ... ex. the washer and dryer has rubber hoses which may swell and burst and they recommended an alternative hose system. They were not pushy about any additional work ... just mentioned it and left me to decide. I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys ! Linda C

The service I received from Steven was excellent. He explained all of the programs and advised me of problem areas in my home. He was able to replace my hot water tank and humidifier as he had both on his truck. I had thought he would only be able to repair the hose to the humidifier and was happy the replacements could be done on this service call.

The product offered was top quality. When the hot water tank offered did not fit in the available space another (AO Smith) brand was installed. The Technician (Wayne Musgrave) was very professional and took extreme care to hook up the gas and water lines and flue gas duct.

Thank you for coming out on October 6, 2017 to replace the main water shut-off value in my house in Edmonton. Dave and his partner were very professional and patient as we waited for an hour for Epcor to come by to shut off the water from the outside. The Gentlemen Plumbers replaced the leaky shut-off globe value with a new quarter turn ball valve. They also removed an existing kink in the incoming copper pipe by cutting it out and rebuilding a new connection to the shut-off value. They were never in a rushed as we waited for Epcor to return to turn the water back on from the outside. While we waited, the plumbers did a home inspection of the plumbing in the house.

My initial phone call was answered by an articulate and helpful person who made the initial costs of the plumber's visit clear to me. I was given a choice of appointment times, and she advised me that I'd receive a call prior to the plumber arriving. That happened as promised. David was the plumber who arrived, on time, in a company vehicle, and was well groomed. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and diagnosed and fixed my problem really quickly. He patiently explained important parts of my furnace and hot water system to me. He offered a free inspection of my house's plumbing, which I agreed to. He pointed out an issue that had actually been troubling me for some time and offered to repair it immediately. He gave me a clear quote of what the repair would cost. He effected the repair carefully and skillfully and cleaned up after he was done working. I received my detailed receipt by email almost immediately. I could not ask for better service. When hiring any professional to come to your home and provide a service, it costs money. Plain and simple. For the work completed, I'm not complaining in the least about the cost of it. I will gladly use this company in future and equally as gladly recommend them to my friends.

Great service! I was able to set up an appointment within a couple days to have my hot water tank looked at and get an estimate for replacement. Not only did I get an estimate, but the plumber Steven was able to replace it on the spot! He stayed late to get the job done that evening, and even gave me a free inspection on the rest of the plumbing in the house so I could consider other work. I really appreciated the timely work and excellent service!

Adam is the consummate gentleman, although he apologizes too much (typical Canadian), and he gets the job done. We appreciate his efforts to find special parts and the speed with which he does this should improve as he becomes more experienced and develops his networks. The plumber had a difficult job because the clog was so deep in the pipe. He did get it fixed, and repaired some of the pipes that were leaking. He also gave me advice on repairs I know I will need to do at a future date.
