Very satisfied with Adam’s service. Will consider his recommendations in the future. Adam knew his job understanding pump operation and provided us with a better pump for our sump. Adam took the time to review his findings from the house plumbing inspection. Adam is competent and much better than his predecessor.

I bought a Nest thermostat and required a pro to install as the old one used 2 wires and Nest uses many more. Servicemen came and swapped out the thermostat.

I had problem with my hot water tank and I contacted Gentleman guys. One guy came late evening and checked around, suggested to get the new one as the current one was more than 16 years old and provided quote. The next afternoon, he got the new heater installed. Very pleased and satisfied with these guys: work, response and suggestions. You guys will be my first choice for anything in the future.

I am a repeat customer of Gentleman Plumbers. I like that you don't have to spend a fortune to attract their business and they charge by the cost of the task instead of by the hour. They also sell a great product for getting drains clean without eroding the pipes.

I received excellent service. I tried two other plumbing services and unfortunately they had overbooked or something and never did make the appointment. The Gentlemen Plumbers were on time and very efficient. Totally cleaned up afterwards and what I really liked was Dustin was even wearing a tie!!

His repair of the leak we had was excellent, he assessed the situation efficiently, problem solved and he even cleaned up after the job was completed very well!! The recommendations made, as result of this Diamond club home inspection were valid and we were provided with solutions and options to consider at reasonable cost.

I found the work to be very professional and I am happy with the result. However, I was surprised by the price - I did think it was very expensive. I may be out of the loop when it comes to prices on this sort of thing, but I have a more knowledgeable friend who thought it was pretty pricey too. I can recommend this company for their work, but not their price. No one could give me a price before I booked, but I did get told the price before the work was started. Having said that, I am happy with the result.

Dustin was prompt, efficient, personable and so accommodating to fix our frozen and leaking pipes. We called to make an appointment and were pleased that we were able to book for service the next day. Shayne and Jon arrived on time. I like that I was was given an estimate for the work before it was started so there were no surprises. The work was completed without issues. We have used them before and will use them again. My only comment/criticism would be that we were not called (we had to leave before they were finished) to ask if we wanted them to fix a couple of other issues they found while doing their inspection.

As usual, very prompt and efficient service. The problem with my leaking dishwasher turned out to be inside the appliance so they could not repair it, but I was warned of that in advance. While Steven was here though, he double checked my furnace for the repairs i had done by a few months ago and even gave me some helpful tips about my outside garden hose ( Never leave it hooked up over the winter! A small leak can freeze, back up and burst your pipe inside the house ). I would highly recommend Action Auger.

We had a kitchen and bathroom faucet replaced. The plumber was very professional. He was there on time did a great job on the faucets and completed an inspection of the our furnace, hot water tank and the floor drain included in the install price. I would definitely recommend this company.

The plumbers that came to my home were very efficient, clean, polite and explained everything even before starting the work to find the problem. Once they found what the problem was, they again made sure it was explained and also explained what they would be doing to fix it. The inspection after was very thorough and I will be doing most of the items that were recommended. I've had this company before and was very happy with their work then and now. This is the only company I'll be using for my plumbing and heating needs from now on.
