We previously signed up for the preferred customer program through Gentlemen Plumbers so I received same day service. They were efficient, fixed my clogged drain problem and gave advice on how to prevent a re-occurrence. Also did a full home inspection to make sure no other problems hiding that I may not know about. I really appreciated the pro-active approach. Plus they left my home clean when they were done. I will definitely give them all my future business.

Quick response after contacting them through the website, flexible on schedule, and the plumber got the job done in a timely manner. A small mistake was made which he immediately both admitted to and corrected free of charge. Most plumbers would have known I was an idiot and used it to charge me more. Will def. use again.

The response of the company was very quick. Technicians examined the cracked toilet bowl and determined that it would need to be replaced. They found that the cost of the parts was covered except for transportation fees, which I paid. The repair was also done very quickly.

I have used the Gentlemen Plumbers several times over the years(I have an older home) and have never been disappointed. They are thorough, efficient and always explain what needs to be done, and discuss if that plan needs to change. I would, and do, recommend the Gentlemen Plumbers to anyone asking about plumbing companies.

In conjunction with our annual inspection & purchase of Bio Smart, we also had our drain pipes under our kitchen sink replaced. Our technician, who was on time, did a great job in explaining recommendations & what the repair would entail along with the cost. The work was performed with high quality & excellent clean up. Very pleased with service. Also, when booking appointment, agent was excellent & very courteous. Very pleased overall from booking to the finished job! One day after the original repair, found a leak & had to request a return visit. This occurred & work completed under their warranty & to our complete satisfaction. Only criticism was the wait time for the return visit which was beyond the commitment from the Diamond Club program. There was probably a reason but when the commitment can't be met, a phone call would have been appreciated instead of me phoning to inquire the whereabouts of the tech, especially since I had cancelled other appointments to wait for this recall visit.

I was very happy with the work done on my washer today as I have in the past I'm now one of their diamond group with ease to know if something happens with the plumbing or furnace their here with a discount a smile and ready to work . A bunch of cheerful qualified great guys! Need a plumber be sure to call them. Even without the plan they were here today as they said within 2hrs called before they got here Very pleased!!!

I called the Gentleman Plumbers on Tuesday, Feb. 6th at about 5pm when I discovered that my hot water tank was leaking over my basement floor. They were here within the half hour and assured me they could look after it. By 8:30pm I had a new hot water tank and everything was cleaned up. This is my second time using Gentlemen Plumbers. Chris was very courteous, helpful and completed the task at hand (fixing leaky bath tap). in a timely fashion and also went over and above to replace the water spouts on other taps that had a build up of calcium due to the hard city water. He explained the work and showed me the fittings that caused the problem. I never felt like he was rushing, he took his time to answer any questions I had. He also gave me a very good tip about hot water tanks and new regulations that come into effect in 2019. I would hire this company again and certainly recommend them.

Pretty straight forward approach. You call, they tell you when they can come and the cost of the service call, they come, they fix, you pay, they leave. Actually, Steve was very professional and personable. His work was tidy and the only sign that he was here was the new hot water tank.

I had a plumbing problem with the sewage backing up from the toilet into the shower. Dave and Jesse came out and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I was skeptical initially because a couple years ago I had another plumbing company out for the same problem and I felt that they had ripped me off by charging an exorbitant amount based on the job not on a per-hour basis and the job only took less than 2 hours. Gentlemen Plumbers charges the same way but they explained how it all worked and what the charges were for and they always tell you what the costs are before they begin the work. It was a very educational experience for me. The way they dealt with me and help me to understand is greatly appreciated. I still feel that plumbers charge a lot but at least I understand it better now and I realize that the company is trying to find a middle ground for everyone... all in all, I was very happy with the service, with the knowledge, and these two guys, Dave and Jesse, went above what their normal duties were by helping me with something I was trying to move. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

After coming home from 2 weeks at work I had a slow draining toilet and thought the worst-the drain pipes are frozen. Shayne and John were dispatched to my place and after a brief discussion, auguring the drain was the option....after a few minutes of auguring, the tech found what was causing the issue-my son had flushed his electric toothbrush a few weeks prior. Good job guys!

I discovered a leak which required the city to turn off my water supply. I then needed to talk to somebody, outside normal working hours, to arrange a plumber to visit the next day, so it is good that Gentlemen Plumbers are available 24/7. Richard arrived the following morning and explained how the problem had occurred and what was needed to fix the leak. Unfortunately, one of the parts required wasn't available in Alberta, so Richard ordered the part from Ontario, which was delivered a couple of days later. Richard returned with the parts and promptly fixed the leak. Richard was friendly and professional throughout and even asked me to call him once the city had switched the water back on, just to let him know that all was OK. I'd recommend Gentlemen Plumbers, and Richard to anybody requiring professional plumbing work.
