We had Clifton come out to install a new water heater. He gave us great advice on maintenance to improve the longevity of our new heater. He was friendly and polite and a tidy worker. Adam V. came out to fix a leaking pipe in our basement. He was very thorough in explaining the problem and the solution. He ensured the problem was resolved before leaving and his work area was clean. He was also very good with my dogs and cats which makes it easier when someone is working in your house. Both men were very professional and put my mind at ease, I would highly recommend this company.

Ernesto was very friendly and professional. He quoted me a price and then realized he didn't need to do as extensive a job as he anticipated. He let me see the pictures of the pipes so I understood what he was doing. He reduced the price. He also identified a couple of deficiencies and a suggestion for when I finish my basement so I could still access the pipes if needed in the future. I would highly recommend this company and Ernesto.

Great service, new what they were taking about. Gave great advice on how to prevent and care for furnace, pipes, etc. Did not feel pressured with purchasing any of the services we had done. We had our kitchen sink plugged for a couple weeks, finally caved and called them after trying many timescale ourselves. They fixed the problem. Issue with furnace heating when we wanted it to turn on, it basically had a kindness of its own. They figured the issue and fixed it. Working beautifully.

I called for help in reviewing a new home purchase and we received same day service. Dave and Alan completed the free home inspection and we proceeded to replace a very old water heater and sump pump to ensure that we are protected going forward. They had parts readily available and finished the job by suppertime. They were polite, courteous and knowledgeable and have put our minds at ease in this older home. They are our go to for all our plumbing and heating needs.

We had a few things to checkup on and some things to upgrade . Nick and Walter showed up . They were extremely professional and polite. They heard what we wanted them to do and then made their assessment and reported back to us with exact pricing for each job. They explained very clearly with all the pros and cons. We decided on the jobs we wanted done at this point. They did those jobs in an extremely clean and organized manner. When they left, there was no garbage left behind. and everywhere they did work was left spotless as if they had done no work there. We are extremely pleased. Everything was perfect. However, we are disappointed about one thing: we tried in vain to make them swear to get a free job but theses guys were unbreakable! So we paid, ...but it was all well worth it. Dave came out to look at our hot water tank that wasn't producing hot water Tuesday evening. He didn't have the part needed on the truck, and he arranged to go to the wholesaler (which was closed!) and get the part so my tenants could have hot water that evening. Will use the gentleman plumbers (Edmonton) again!

We had an amazing experience with Dustin and Darcy today. We called The Gentleman Plumbers about the water hammering occurring with our upstairs toilet. Dustin and Darcy showed up within 20 minutes of our phone call. Before entering our house they rolled out their own mat for their shoes and proceeded to introducing themselves. They were very friendly and professional. They quickly figured out the problem with our toilet and explained our options with the the help of their easy to read pricing guide. Once we agreed on a solution they immediately set off to fix the problem. We asked them multiple question about other issues inside our house and each and every-time they had knowledgeable answer and took the time to ensure we understood. With installation and the removal of our old toilet there was zero spill and mess to clean up. Your employees were true Gentleman and lived up to the professional standards of your company. Your services will definitely be recommended and used by us in the future.

We had Jesse come out to do our annual inspection which included sending a camera down our main line to inspect it (we're Diamond Club members - so the annual inspection alone is well worth the $9.95 per month cost). Jesse was on time, friendly, extremely professional, thorough, and took his time explaining the results of the inspection. He also replaced a toilet and did a fantastic job with the installation and clean up. He told us the cost of replacing the toilet upfront so there were no surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. We have only had excellent experiences with Gentlemen Plumbers!

Wayne came and had a positive attitude. He was quick and efficient finding the clog in our kitchen sink. He provided excellent information on how to prevent clogging and how to properly flush the sink when using the garburator. He cleaned any excess mess and he was honest and up front with all the prices. We were very satisfied with his service.

We had excellent service from Gentlemen Plumbers and Steve was very friendly and very helpful. He gave us the price ahead of time and we agreed to it. He then proceed in doing the work in a very efficient way. Work area was nicely cleaned up after work was completed and a final test was completed to ensure installation was done correctly.
