Being under time constraints, I literally searched up "plumbers Red Deer" and picked the first link and made a phone call. I had an appointment 2 days later and it turns out it was a fantastic decision. The technician, Richard, showed up a little early from the estimated time and we had a quick chat about what the issues were and what I was looking for. An hour later, everything was resolved and I had learned a lot more about plumbing, some good household tips and the state of the drains than I had expected. And everything had already been picked up, cleaned and dealt with and I had a nice checklist of some other recommendations. If Richard is indicative of the kind of technicians and service the Gentlemen Plumbers always shoot for, then I would recommend them to anyone.

Richard installed a new bathroom faucet, toilet and shut-off valves for us. He was very polite and efficient and cleaned up any mess that occurred from the job. I will definitely use The Gentlemen Plumbers again in the future.

Brian was professional, certainly not what I expected when I called. I was expecting to be told that we had some issues here and there and that he could fix them right away, but no he showed me everything in the house that would need replacement (wasn’t much, just basic things with expiry dates) and when and gave me tips on what I would need to do to prevent issues in the future and resolve minor issues that I would have called a plumber to do before. (I’ve never done a review before but due to his excellent service I created a google account just to do so)

Excellent service. A clerk called ahead to let me know they were arriving in half an hour. Courteous and knowledgeable, they investigated until source of leak could be determined. Very professional, tidy and informative. They charge not by the hour but by set book rates for each type of job. It's up to you to decide whether to accept each quoted item, with no pressure. Not cheap but the job will be done expertly. Have the work done right the first time by these professionals! I would definitely call them again, for any major plumbing work.

Adam was very professional and courteous. He inspected the sink to diagnose the problem first and then show me a photo of where the leak was coming from and how he was going to fix it. I initially thought it would be a big job and the sink would have to come apart but he was able to repair it easily and efficiently.

We had a water pipe that connect to an outside water tap, burst in the ceiling of our basement, on Sunday afternoon. Only when the water came crushing down through the ceiling - broke out a panel - we realized what had happened. Thankfully we were in the basement when it happened. Turned off the main water supply. Called 'The Gentlemen Plumbers'. Wayne came to our rescue, within an hour and a half since we called. He replaced the outside tap, and put in a shut off switch for that tap. Thank you for your quick service and getting our water running again.

Backed up drain in basement. Camera identified blockage at 75ft, was cleaned, inspected and problem resolved. This visit took less than 3 hours. Service was professional, courteous but is heavily priced. Satisfied with the results but dissatisfied with the charge.

Called about a leak with my kitchen sink that I was putting off for months. The tech, Jesse, came over the next day to repair it. He came over within the time frame their office indicated and he had everything he needed to fix it. Very professional and fair pricing.

Had a problem underneath my home with the water meter leaking and they were right on it. Came out a day later, fixed the seal, got a free inspection included. I thought that was important as we do live in an older home so this was quite reassuring. Steve was very professional and personable, I would very highly recommend this company to everyone. Very good service, nice and polite people. Have knowledge about the issue. Fixed my kitchen sink that was clogged and my dishwasher. Found it too expensive though, but i had to get it done immediately.

Adam and Dean came out to install a tub /taps and new hot water tank for us. The job turned out bigger when we noticed a hole in our pressure tank as well. They immediately called in to see if they could get one for the same day. Then soon after Kale was here. We are out of town so the dispatch fee is the best thing for us instead of travel km fees. The set up in our utility room was not the best so when they did the installation they moved the tanks for better access for the furnace. We have used the Gentlemen Plumbers before for replacing our old boiler system in our shop. Kale also did that job. They are very clean workers and my areas are cleaner when they leave than when they arrive. We have used this company for smaller jobs and have always had someone here either the same day or next day. All the guys are very friendly. Our bathroom fan finally died after making weird noises for quite some time. I didn't know the Gentlemen Plumbers replaced fans but my husband (really handsome guy) told me to call and set up an appointment. We are both really busy and were not actually home when our service tech (Wayne) came to take care of the problem. We had used them before and fell comfortable with having them in our home unsupervised. They drug test and do criminal back ground checks on their guys so we have never had a problem. I appreciate that they show up clean and in a uniform. When I got home the only sign that they had been there was the new fan.I am a neat freak so I notice even the small things but every thing was perfect!

We had Jamie come to work on what seemed like just a blockage issue at our apartment. It turns out that it was a much bigger problem, with some drainage problems from the contractor before hand. But Jamie worked hard, and didn't stop until he had the problem sorted, and water flowing as it should. He was professional the whole time, and continued to communicate with myself and my landlord, all of what he was doing, and why it needed to be done each step of the way. Great service. The hot water tank was replaced in a very efficient manner. All work was completed exceptionally, no mess left at all. A few other changes and improvements were nicely recommended and completed as well.

I called a few different plumbers Sunday late afternoon for a leaking water tank, hoping to have it fixed or replaced Monday. I got the first appointment Monday morning and the new tank as well as some other work was finished in a few hours. The other plumbers I called hadn’t even contacted me back by the time gentleman plumbers had finished the work. I also appreciate the home inspection which was able to identify a few problem areas that will need to be addressed before they become big issues.

I had a small plumbing project that upon further inspection turned out to be a much larger issue. Jack and Damian from Gentlemen Plumbers showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished. They did exactly what was needed and then some. They were both very courteous and professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up after they were done. They even followed up a day or two later to make sure everything was working well. The cost for the amount of work they ended up having to do was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

Had the Gentlemen Plumbers out to replace some shut-off valves and inspect the toilets for some operational issues. Dustin arrived within the scheduled time period that I was notified of and upon entering the house, immediately removed his footwear! He introduced himself, inspected the toilets and then explained the procedures he would do and reviewed the cost prior to commencing to work to repair the valves. He was very expeditious in performing the work, very tidy and finalized the job by performing an in-house inspection of the plumbing and heating-no charge involved. Great job, Dustin. Thanks!
