All were a pleasure! Lundy in the call centre was a joy and very understanding’ I really think she went the extra mile. Ryan, the service technician, was very personable and easy to talk to. Although it was decided not to go through the recommended service, he handled it with grace. If I need help again, I will definitely call back and I would highly recommend to others for no pressure, knowledgeable service! Well done!

Outstanding service. Kitchen drain was plugged. The Gentlemen Plumbers arrived a few minutes early, got the details and had it clear in record time. They also inspected all plumbing fixtures, found a drip we didn't know about and repaired it. They were very professional, polite and neat. They also wear booties while they're in your home.

Technician who arrived (Jeff) was well groomed, courteous and very efficient. I am a handicapped senior an very inquisitive. He took the time to explain the option and prices to fix my problem. Successfully resolved my problem and checked my other plumbing fixtures at no extra charge. He left the job site very clean. I will use them again should another problem arise.

The Gentlemen Plumbers (Edmonton) provided professional and timely services from the first point of contact to the completion of a somewhat challenging job to replace a hot water tank in very tight quarters. Daniel was very informative and knowledgeable, and delivered a premium service (albeit at a premium price). Although this firm uses a base price costing approach (i.e. no O.T. 7x24) the quoted cost was MUCH higher than I would have expected. However given the fact that same day service was provided for this Friday evening call going into a long weekend, I would guess my costs would have been the same (or higher) for firms working under a T&M overtime costing model. Final price was as quoted up front. That said, what is really important to me is work that is done well by people you can trust. Daniel fully met both of these criteria.

Steve was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be done and did it. If he hadn't done the free home inspection, we never would have known that our toilet had a slow leak around the seal. Steve came to fix the cracked & leaking outside tap but fortunately was able to take care of the toilet issue as well. He also cleaned up everything very well. Thank you Steve for a job well done!

I had a bit of a tricky situation but they were able to come in with a freeze kit and take care of it! All costs were clearly laid out beforehand and the free home inspection was very useful. Very friendly too!

Yesterday my daughter called to let me know we had water in the basement. Turned out the outside tap had frozen and blown when we tried using it the other night. I didn't know who to call, and tried The Gentlemen Plumbers since I had seen some trucks around. I was booked in quickly. Nick was great to deal with, and fixed the problem swiftly. I even made it back to work for a few more hours. I have never called a plumber so do not know how the price compares, but considering it was an urgently needed fix, and he did a great job, I am happy with them.
