We had our sewer line back up into our basement. The technician, Dylan, arrived as scheduled, quoted us the price for each service that may be required and quickly assessed and resolved the problem. We were charged exactly the quoted amount for what was required and the technician offered us the seniors discount without having to ask. Job area was left clean and tidy. Dylan performed an inspection of our plumbing as part of the service and left us with some great tips. Great job by their friendly technician Dylan. Would highly recommend this company. Very professional.

I am very impressed with Gentlemen Plumbers. Walter (the technician dispatched) had a list of plumbing tasks to complete, in addition to checking the fireplace and running a diagnostics of the furnace. He was punctual, thorough, professional, and very respectful of the surroundings. I won't hesitate to use the company for any future needs.

We had frozen water pipes I called around Camrose were we live and none of the companies were willing to help us out. As we own a trailer and they wouldn't go underneath them. So we called The Gentlemen Plumers form Edmonton and they came out and thawed our water lines. Also suggested what was needed to do so this wouldn'd happen again. Our heat tape on the lines were still working, and are old, and we had no insulation on them. So they suggested we insulate the lines. They showed us the price to do just that, or we could replace the old heat tape and pay a different more expensive price. That is what we chose to do. Now we know that this will not happen again, also we have warranty too. The heat tape and insulation is all new.I feel it was well worth it. The two young fellows that came out were very professional. I will e calling these guys for any of our pluming needs. We knew the cost upfront, no hidden cost. Thank you so very much Cory and Kyle.

Great service! We have used this company 3 times this past year as we have been having trouble with our hot water tank. They are always responsive and were able to provide prompt service. Wayne recently helped us on our most recent service. He was professional, and informative. He provided great customer service and fixed our problem immediately. Jeff did a very thorough and conscientious job when he came co fix a slow moving bathroom sink drain. He was also very polite and friendly all the way through. Been an Action Auger customer for years and always satisfied with the work.

Nobody wants a plumbing emergency but if you have one, please call these guys. They were very professional and did a great job. They arrived on time and gave me several options with prices included so there were no surprises on the bill. There is a membership plan available, but they did not engage in a "hard sell" manner. I will certainly be using this company again- ask for Dylan or Tom...they were great!!!

I had to privilege of having Andrew, Tom and Walter work to unfreeze the drain pipe and then 2 days later have to wake up to no running water so they were quick to respond and discover the heat tape had to be removed and replaced due to damage by rodents; this was long and tedious jobs but it was all met with professionalism and caring, due my personal circumstance they went the extra mile. Brian did an excellent job of replacing a kitchen faucet in a timely and very efficient manner. He also included a plumbing and furnace Inspection in the house. He was very thorough and went over everything in detail with me. Brian was very courteous and answered (and even anticipated) my questions thoroughly & satisfactorily. He also provided me with excellent advice regarding the performance and maintenance of my toilets, my furnace and my water heater. We called for help with a leak coming from our upstairs bathroom into the ceiling below. The dispatchers were excellent to deal with. Brian arrived on time was able to locate the problem quickly and efficiently. He offered us 3 options for the repair and showed us all the costs up front. He was very professional and left the repair area spotless when he was finished. As well as getting the job done on time at the promised cost he was very personable and showed genuine interest in helping us choose the best solution. We would highly recommend Gentlemen Plumbers and Brian specifically.

We had a drain problem that involved the whole kitchen, dishwasher, laundry room and laundry tubs. We called Gentlemen plumbers of Calgary and agreed to pay the $69.95 visit/assessment fee. Colin and Dan showed up 15 minutes early for the 0900hrs appointment. Wow, two guys in professional attire with ties! They were careful to wear slip on shoe covers each time they moved from the truck to the house. They replaced cast iron drain pipes in the laundry room, installed the proper traps and venting, augured the drains and completed a video assessment all the way to the septic tank. The cost was less than $1200 including our seniors discount. More importantly we approved each procedure and pricing in advance from a fixed price list. At the end of the visit they provided a written assessment of the entire plumbing and heating systems in our house so we have a benchmark of this crucial system. They cleaned up their work areas and took the garbage with them. So this is what a professional plumbing organization looks like. BRAVO! What a difference!
