Really nice guy , well mannered, even being from out of town he still was nice and asked what was wrong with it and what happend. The local tow companies never have asked a single thing and are rude as hell. Were as the guy was ligetamently concerned and caring about everything. I wish this company was local id go threw this company anytime hand down the best ive known, experienced and or have had to use in my entire life. Emerald is an extremely professional and considerate tow company. Ryan came out and reassured me that we would get off the busy road in no time. As promised he had my vehicle load and ready to go in record time. What's important here is that Emerald dispatch and Ryan assisted me with customer service that's second to none. They were kind and considerate and single handedly salvaged my day. I left them feeling well taken care of. Emerald is now my first choice when the world tries to fall down on me again. I'll definitely be in good hands.

Jake was amazing. Car slid into a ditch and needed to be wrenched out. Another company wanted $700 and them take the car and keep it until insurance paid bill. Never have heard of that at all when insurance is being billed. Jake got to the car in less than 30 mins. By the time I got there he had the car out with no problem. Jake made sure the car was still drivable and it was. Jake reassured me that the things the other tow company that had been dispatched and left mad because we refused to pay them $700 even though insurance reassured us that they would cover the job no matter if it was a tow or a recovery. Jake did a very fast and amazing job getting the car out. I will suggest Jake as a tow truck driver. Sometimes for some people lying to a customer comes back to haunt you but Jake was up front and honest from the start.

Emerald Valley went completely out of the way when towing my pick up... I had a tire out of air and had them tow it to my home for me because I couldn't drive. Not only were their prices AMAZING, they made sure to get my truck parked perfectly and filled the tire no charge! Highly recommend this company not just for their unbeatable prices but with full customer satisfaction! We will use them again, for sure!
